In a known refining process, aluminum is melted in a furnace and then transferred to a casting machine for metal forming. Aluminum is usually transferred from the furnace to the casting machine through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/ar\/molten-metal-trough\/\">trough<\/a>. The molten aluminum flows into the groove at the inlet and flows out at the outlet in a substantially continuous manner through the groove.<\/p>\n<p>There will be a part of hydrogen and impurities in the molten aluminum in the launder. These impurities may adversely affect the performance of the final product during the casting process.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5708\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Molten-Metals-Refining.jpg\" alt=\"Molten Metals Refining\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Molten-Metals-Refining.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Molten-Metals-Refining-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The molten metals refining process usually uses a flux injection mechanism, which introduces flux into the molten aluminum. Generally, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/ar\/fluxes-refining\/\">\u0627\u0644\u062a\u062f\u0641\u0642\u0627\u062a<\/a> include chlorine or a mixture of chlorine and an inert gas such as argon. When combined, the flux can help remove impurities from the molten aluminum.<\/p>\n<p>Chlorine gas and chloride salts can effectively convert alkali metals into salts, which coalesce under the action of additives and rise to the surface of the molten material. In particular, hydrogen diffuses into inert bubbles and is removed as particles around the bubbles coalesce and rise to the top of the molten aluminum alloy. Flux and impurities form slag or waste by-products, which are regularly skimmed or captured in downstream filters. Usually, the chloride salt is removed together with the scum. However, due to the damage to the environment and the burden of disposal, the use of chlorine should be reduced.<\/p>\n<p>AdTech has developed online aluminum processing equipment. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/ar\/online-degassing-refining-device\/\">degassing filter equipment<\/a> is used for degassing and filtering molten aluminum.
