Another common ingredient in fluxes is NaF, which forms a ternary eutectic with KCl and NaCl with a melting point of 607\u00b0C. A common cover flux contains about 47.5% NaCl, 47.5% KCl, and 5% fluoride salt.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7610\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Bahrain-Aluminium-Casting-Flux.jpg\" alt=\"Bahrain Aluminium Casting Flux\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Bahrain-Aluminium-Casting-Flux.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Bahrain-Aluminium-Casting-Flux-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A low melting point is important since it will improve the fluidity of the flux. Other cover fluxes are based on MgCl2-KCl, which forms a low melting eutectic at 424\u00b0C, or carnalite (MgCl2\u00d7KCl), which melts at 485\u00b0C. These cover fluxes have high fluidity and can form a thin layer on the melt surface.<\/p>\n<p>However, MgCl2 is fairly expensive, so it is primarily used in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/ar\/sodium-free-refining-flux\/\">sodium-free fluxes<\/a> for alloys containing more than 2 wt.% magnesium. They may also be used where it is important to remove calcium in alloys of fairly high magnesium content.<\/p>\n<p>Aluminium Casting Flux is mainly blends of chloride, fluoride salts and special properties additives, the fluxes are sold for Bahrain.<\/p>\n<p>Aluminum Bahrain B.S.C.
