Les principaux composants comprennent un entra\u00eenement m\u00e9canique, un couvercle de bo\u00eete, un rotor et un r\u00e9chauffeur.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9gazage en aluminium AdTech peut r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la production de produits en aluminium avec des exigences de performances techniques \u00e9lev\u00e9es. La machine de d\u00e9gazage d&#8217;aluminium se trouve entre le four et la machine de coul\u00e9e, la fonction principale est d&#8217;\u00e9liminer l&#8217;hydrog\u00e8ne et d&#8217;autres r\u00e9sidus. Il pr\u00e9sente de solides avantages en termes de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion, de r\u00e9sistance aux chocs thermiques, de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#8217;oxydation, de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#8217;usure, de r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique et autres. Le rotor peut diffuser la bulle dans tous les coins de la cavit\u00e9 interne au maximum.<\/p>\n<p>4. Le manchon de protection du thermoplongeur est en nitrure de silicium. L&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 de chauffage est \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Il peut r\u00e9duire l&#8217;oxydation de l&#8217;aluminium, ne pas polluer l&#8217;aluminium fondu.<\/p>\n<p>5.Le dispositif de d\u00e9gazage peut utiliser un m\u00e9lange d&#8217;argon, d&#8217;azote et de chlore en option. Il existe des mesures de protection pour l&#8217;utilisation de ces gaz.<\/p>\n<p>6.
