data-group=\"8-0\">Hydrogen is soluble in liquid aluminum, which passes through molten aluminum almost as easily as air.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tgt\" data-section=\"9\"><span class=\"tgt\" data-section=\"9\" data-sentence=\"0\" data-group=\"9-0\">As the liquid metal cools and hardens, hydrogen flows from areas of high pressure to areas of low pressure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tgt\" data-section=\"10\"><span class=\"tgt\" data-section=\"10\" data-sentence=\"0\" data-group=\"10-0\">It coalesces and produces air pockets that become inclusions and weak spots when the metal aluminum.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"tgt\" data-section=\"13\"><span class=\"tgt\" data-section=\"13\" data-sentence=\"0\" data-group=\"13-0\">As the demand for high-quality aluminum products increases, especially in the aerospace industry, so does the need to reduce inclusions in molded products.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tgt\" data-section=\"14\"><span class=\"tgt\" data-section=\"14\" data-sentence=\"0\" data-group=\"14-0\">A popular method of removing hydrogen is to inject nitrogen gas into liquid aluminum.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tgt\" data-section=\"15\"><span class=\"tgt\" data-section=\"15\" data-sentence=\"0\" data-group=\"15-0\">The hydrogen is attracted by the nitrogen bubble, which is then absorbed by the aluminum and released to the surface.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tgt\" data-section=\"16\"><span class=\"tgt\" data-section=\"16\" data-sentence=\"0\" data-group=\"16-0\">Argon is also very effective, but nitrogen is preferred due to the high cost href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/ar\/metal-degassing-device\/\">Degassing device<\/a>\u00a0is an automatic metal liquid treatment system for environmental protection, degassing and slag removal of aluminum alloy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tgt\" data-section=\"2\"><span class=\"tgt\" data-section=\"2\" data-sentence=\"0\" data-group=\"2-0\">The degassing device uses an impeller principle with a rotor that generates tiny inert gas bubbles and mixes them with liquid metal.<\/span><span class=\"tgt\" data-section=\"2\" data-sentence=\"1\" data-group=\"2-1\">\u00a0These fine bubbles are evenly distributed in the liquid metal without disturbing the surface balance, which maximizes the contact area between the gas and the liquid metal.<\/span><span class=\"tgt\"
