Par cons\u00e9quent, il n&#8217;est pas n\u00e9cessaire de mettre chaque once de m\u00e9tal en contact avec le gaz inerte. Le contr\u00f4le du d\u00e9bit de gaz inerte en aluminium liquide peut \u00eatre g\u00e9r\u00e9 en fonction de la taille du volume de liquide m\u00e9tallique r\u00e9gulant le d\u00e9bit de gaz, la tige et la vitesse du rotor peuvent \u00eatre ajust\u00e9es, pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer la taille appropri\u00e9e de bulles pour faciliter la propagation du gaz inerte.<\/p>\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/ar\/systeme-de-degazage-en-aluminium\/\">dispositif de d\u00e9gazage<\/a> est un syst\u00e8me de traitement automatique du m\u00e9tal en fusion respectueux de l&#8217;environnement, qui effectue un d\u00e9gazage et un nettoyage des scories respectueux de l&#8217;environnement pour les alliages d&#8217;aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9gazeur utilise le principe de la turbine avec un rotor qui cr\u00e9e de fines bulles de gaz inerte et les m\u00e9lange au m\u00e9tal en fusion. Ces fines bulles sont uniform\u00e9ment r\u00e9parties dans le m\u00e9tal en fusion sans perturber l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre de la surface, ce qui maximise la surface de contact entre le gaz et le m\u00e9tal en fusion.
