Struktur asli dari perangkat penghilang gas dan pembuangan: selongsong poros dihubungkan ke pelat cangkang saluran masuk dan keluar melalui pengelasan. Ketika lapisan saluran aliran pipa bundar di dalam selongsong poros rusak, struktur selongsong poros tidak dapat dibongkar secara terpisah dan pipa bundar tersebut harus diganti. Struktur perangkat degassing dan pembuangan yang telah diperbaiki: selongsong poros dihubungkan dengan cangkang saluran masuk dan keluar menggunakan baut. Apabila lapisan saluran aliran pipa bundar di dalam selongsong poros mengalami kerusakan, bagian struktur tempat selongsong poros tersebut berada dapat diangkat secara terpisah, dan lapisan saluran pipa bundar yang rusak perlu diperbaiki dan diganti. Setelah diperbaiki, selongsong tersebut dapat dipasang kembali dengan cepat ke dalam perangkat pembalik, seperti yang ditunjukkan pada gambar berikut:<\/p>\n

Digunakan pada 1525 unit peralatan degassing tipe double rotor tipping di kawasan Asia-Pasifik ( (unit penghilang gas)<\/a>:
\n1. Setelah lapisan saluran aliran tabung bundar mengalami kerusakan, lapisan saluran aliran tabung bundar tersebut dapat dipasang secara terpisah di dalam selongsong poros tanpa perlu mengganti seluruh set lapisan, sehingga dapat menekan biaya.
