Media filter tersebut juga memiliki efek adsorpsi terhadap inklusi tersebut. Secara umum, semakin kecil celah dan semakin tebal media filter, semakin rendah laju aliran aluminium cair, dan semakin baik pula efektivitas filtrasi mekanisnya.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Tergantung pada jenis media saring yang digunakan, cairan aluminium tersebut disaring.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Metode ion dapat diklasifikasikan ke dalam jenis-jenis berikut ini.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mesh_Filtering_Method\"><\/span>Metode Penyaringan Jaring<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Metode ini memungkinkan logam cair mengalir melalui filter kaca atau jaring kawat tahan panas, sementara terak ditahan secara mekanis dan dipisahkan dari logam cair. Hal ini memiliki dampak signifikan dalam menghilangkan lapisan oksida bersisik dan inklusi terak berukuran besar. Namun, metode ini hanya dapat menyaring terak yang ukurannya sesuai dengan ukuran pori jaring, sehingga efektivitas pemurniannya rendah. Terkadang fluks cair juga digunakan sebagai media filter. Selain efek penghalang mekanis dari lapisan padat, terdapat pula proses adsorpsi, pelarutan, atau interaksi kimia antara media filter dan terak. Keunggulan metode ini adalah adanya luas permukaan kontak yang besar antara cairan logam dan media filter, serta efek penyaringan dan penghilangan terak yang lebih baik dibandingkan metode filter jaring. Secara umum, semakin tebal lapisan filter, semakin kecil ukuran partikel media, dan semakin baik pula efek penyaringannya. Namun, jika ukuran partikel terlalu kecil, hal ini akan memengaruhi laju aliran logam cair dan mengurangi produktivitas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Rigid_Microporous_Aluminum_Liquid_Filtration_Method\"><\/span>Metode Penyaringan Cairan Menggunakan Aluminium Mikropori yang Kaku<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Ada dua jenis filter mikropori kaku: filter tabung mikropori keramik dan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/portfolio\/ceramic-foam-filter\/\">filter busa keramik<\/a>s.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ceramic_Microporous_Tube_Filters\"><\/span>Filter Tabung Keramik Berpori Halus<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Filter tabung keramik berpori mikro terbuat dari pasir korundum dengan ukuran partikel tertentu dan kaca rendah silikon sebagai pengikat. Filter ini dibentuk melalui proses pengepresan, pengeringan pada suhu rendah, dan penyinteran pada suhu tinggi. Filter ini bersifat kaku dengan pori-pori yang seragam. Saat logam cair yang mengandung terak dialirkan, terak tersebut terpisah dari logam cair akibat gesekan, adsorpsi, sedimentasi inersia, dan efek lain dari dinding pipa, sedangkan logam cair dapat melewati pori-pori mikro tersebut. Metode ini dapat menyaring inklusi partikulat yang lebih kecil dari ukuran pori dan merupakan salah satu metode penyaringan yang paling andal.
