Proses pemurnian dengan fluks pada aluminium merupakan tahap penting dalam peleburan paduan aluminium. Komponen utama fluks yang saat ini beredar di pasaran adalah klorida dan fluorida. Jika proses ini tidak dikendalikan dengan baik, terak, pori-pori, butiran kasar, kristal berbentuk bulu, dan cacat pengecoran lainnya akan muncul pada hasil pengecoran, sehingga proses ini harus dikendalikan dengan ketat. Suhu peleburan paduan aluminium 6063 sebaiknya dikendalikan antara 750-760 \u2103; suhu yang terlalu rendah akan meningkatkan pembentukan inklusi terak, sedangkan suhu yang terlalu tinggi akan meningkatkan penyerapan hidrogen, oksidasi, dan kerugian pembakaran akibat nitridasi. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelarutan hidrogen dalam aluminium cair meningkat tajam di atas 760\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Ketika suhu diturunkan, terdapat berbagai cara untuk menyerap hidrogen, seperti mengeringkan tungku peleburan dan peralatan peleburan, guna mencegah agar kualitas fluks tidak menurun akibat kelembapan. Komponen utama dari <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/portfolio\/slagging-flux\/\">fluks<\/a> Saat ini, bahan yang tersedia di pasaran adalah klorida dan fluorida. Di antara keduanya, klorida memiliki daya serap air yang tinggi dan rentan terhadap kelembapan. Oleh karena itu, bahan baku yang digunakan dalam produksi fluks harus dikeringkan.
