Tujuan pemurnian paduan aluminium adalah untuk memperoleh cairan paduan dengan tingkat kemurnian tinggi dan kandungan gas rendah setelah dilakukan langkah-langkah penghilangan gas dan penghilangan pengotor. Ada beberapa metode pemurnian:<\/p>\n<p>Menambahkan klorida (ZnCl\u2082, MnCl\u2082, AlCl\u2083, C\u2082Cl\u2086, TiCl\u2084, dll.); metode aerasi (dengan N\u2082, Cl\u2082, atau campuran N\u2082 dan Cl\u2082); metode perlakuan vakum; menambahkan bahan yang tidak beracun <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/aluminum-refining-agent\/\">zat pemurnian<\/a> metode; perawatan ultrasonik.<\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan prinsipnya, proses pemurnian memiliki dua fungsi: untuk melarutkan hidrogen, proses ini terutama mengandalkan efek difusi untuk mengeluarkan hidrogen dari cairan aluminium; sedangkan untuk menghilangkan inklusi oksida, proses ini terutama dilakukan melalui adsorpsi pada permukaan media seperti fluks atau gelembung.<\/p>\n<h2>Proses Pemurnian Aluminium Cair<\/h2>\n<p>Secara umum, metode apung digunakan untuk penghilangan gas. Prinsip AdTech <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/degassing-equipment-for-aluminum\/\">unit penghilang gas terintegrasi<\/a> yaitu dengan memasukkan gas yang tidak mengandung hidrogen ke dalam cairan aluminium untuk menghasilkan gelembung. Gelembung-gelembung ini digunakan untuk mengeluarkan hidrogen terlarut dari cairan aluminium selama proses naik ke permukaan dan mengeluarkannya ke atmosfer. Untuk mendapatkan hasil pemurnian yang lebih baik, pipa besi tempat gas dimasukkan harus ditekan sedalam mungkin ke dalam kolam cairan. Gunakan tekanan dan kecepatan aerasi serendah mungkin, karena gelembung yang terbentuk dengan cara ini berukuran lebih kecil, sehingga luas permukaannya lebih besar, dan karena ukurannya yang kecil, kecepatan apungnya juga lambat, sehingga lebih banyak inklusi dan gas yang dapat dihilangkan.<\/p>\n<p>Di sisi lain, untuk memastikan hasil pemurnian yang baik, pemilihan suhu pemurnian harus tepat. Jika suhu terlalu tinggi, gelembung yang terbentuk akan lebih besar dan cepat mengapung, sehingga membuat hasil pemurnian menjadi kurang baik. Sebaliknya, jika suhu terlalu rendah, viskositas cairan aluminium akan meningkat, sehingga menghambat pelepasan gas di dalam cairan aluminium dan juga mengurangi hasil pemurnian.<\/p>\n<p>Perlakuan ultrasonik pada cairan aluminium juga dapat menghilangkan gas secara efektif. Prinsipnya adalah dengan memasukkan gelombang elastis ke dalam cairan aluminium, sehingga menimbulkan fenomena \u201clubang\u201d di dalam cairan aluminium tersebut, yang memutus kontinuitas struktur cairan aluminium dan menghasilkan lubang-lubang vakum mikroskopis yang tak terhitung jumlahnya yang larut dalam cairan aluminium.
