Oleh karena itu, proses pemurnian paduan aluminium merupakan langkah yang penting. Saat melebur paduan aluminium, bahan pemurnian harus ditambahkan sesuai proporsi. Bahan pemurnian umumnya sebesar 0,3% dari paduan aluminium. Waktu penghilangan gas belum cukup. Digunakan pipa baja tanpa sambungan. Bahan pembersih disemprotkan dengan nitrogen atau argon pada jarak 20 cm di dasar cairan aluminium. Setelah proses pembersihan dan penyemprotan, nitrogen atau argon ditiupkan selama 15\u201320 menit lagi. Cairan paduan dalam proses peleburan atau pemeliharaan panas akan meningkatkan kelarutan gas yang terserap dengan cepat seiring meningkatnya suhu paduan. Oleh karena itu, selain mengontrol seluruh proses peleburan dan penuangan dengan benar, suhu cairan paduan harus dijaga serendah mungkin pada suhu tinggi untuk menghindari panas berlebih pada cairan paduan. Untuk paduan yang mudah menyerap gas, peleburan di bawah perlindungan bahan penutup harus diterapkan. Hanya dengan cara ini lubang udara dan lubang jarum dapat dihindari.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk mengurangi oksidasi paduan aluminium, selain memilih tungku peleburan yang tepat, tungku penahan harus digunakan untuk menjaga suhu dalam proses produksi pengecoran cetakan.
