Oksida halus, inklusi, dan gas (hidrogen) membentuk hubungan parasit dalam lelehan paduan aluminium. Kadar terak yang tinggi dalam aluminium cair akan menyebabkan kadar hidrogen yang tinggi. Setelah mengeras, zat-zat tersebut akan tetap tertinggal dalam logam cair dan menyebabkan cacat pengecoran seperti pengotor di bagian tengah, rongga penyusutan, atau lubang udara. Cacat-cacat ini tidak dapat dihilangkan melalui serangkaian proses pengolahan selanjutnya (seperti penggulungan, ekstrusi, perlakuan panas, dll.), yang mengakibatkan penurunan sifat mekanis, terutama sifat plastisitas dan ketahanan lelah. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan efisiensi dan tingkat pemurnian logam cair paduan aluminium merupakan kunci untuk menghasilkan coran paduan aluminium berkualitas tinggi.<\/p>\n<p>Teknologi pemurnian secara online terhadap cairan paduan aluminium di luar tungku banyak digunakan, seperti metode gelembung rotor berputar, metode penghilangan pengotor dengan medan elektromagnetik, metode filtrasi, metode vakum, metode getaran ultrasonik, dan sebagainya.<\/p>\n<h2>Karakteristik Fluks Pemurnian<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Dengan mengubah sifat basah logam aluminium cair terhadap oksida, oksida tersebut (terutama alumina) menjadi mudah dipisahkan dari logam aluminium cair, dan sebagian besar di antaranya masuk ke dalam fluks.<\/li>\n<li>Mengubah kondisi lapisan oksida pada permukaan logam cair. Lapisan oksida yang padat dan rapat pada permukaan logam cair tersebut dipecah menjadi partikel-partikel halus, sehingga memungkinkan hidrogen dalam logam cair tersebut keluar melalui pori-pori lapisan oksida dan masuk ke atmosfer.<\/li>\n<li>Lapisan fluks dapat mengisolasi kontak antara uap air dan logam aluminium cair, sehingga menghambat masuknya hidrogen ke dalam logam aluminium cair serta mencegah terjadinya oksidasi dan pembakaran logam cair tersebut.<\/li>\n<li>Bahan ini dapat menyerap oksida dalam aluminium cair untuk memurnikan cairan tersebut. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/flux-refining\/\">Pemurnian dengan metode flux<\/a> Hal ini terutama dicapai melalui adsorpsi, pelarutan, dan reaksi kimia dengan lapisan oksida serta inklusi non-logam dalam cairan logam.<\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At present, the refining fluxes are commonly used, and the eutectic NaCl and KCI are commonly used as the main salt system.
