Hanya dengan menghilangkan inklusi tersebar yang mengapung dalam aluminium cair secara efektif, barulah aluminium cair dapat dicegah dari peningkatan kandungan hidrogen dan menghilangkan hambatan dalam penghilangan hidrogen, sehingga diperoleh aluminium cair murni dan hasil coran yang memenuhi standar. Hidrogen dalam aluminium cair sebagian atau seluruhnya terlarut dalam struktur paduan selama proses pembekuan, sehingga tidak terbentuk pori-pori pada coran.<\/p>\n<p>Poros dan gelembung pada permukaan dapat dideteksi melalui proses sandblasting, sedangkan poros dan gelembung di bagian dalam dapat dideteksi melalui pemindaian sinar-K atau pengolahan mekanis. Poros dan gelembung tersebut tampak berwarna hitam pada film sinar-X.<\/p>\n<p>Mengurangi kandungan gas dalam cairan aluminium dan mencegah terbentuknya pori-pori akibat gas dalam jumlah besar pada permukaan pengendapan paduan aluminium saat paduan aluminium tersebut mengeras. Inilah tujuan dari Proses Penghilangan Gas pada Aluminium dalam proses peleburan paduan aluminium. Jika kandungan gas dalam aluminium cair dikurangi, jumlah gas yang mengendap selama proses pengkristalan akan berkurang, sehingga jumlah gelembung yang terbentuk pun akan berkurang secara signifikan. Oleh karena itu, proses pemurnian paduan aluminium merupakan teknik yang sangat penting. Agen pemurnian yang baik dapat bereaksi untuk menghasilkan gelembung pada suhu sekitar 660\u00b0C. Gelembung yang dihasilkan tidak terlalu kuat, tetapi terbentuk secara merata. Melalui adsorpsi fisik, gelembung-gelembung ini bersentuhan sepenuhnya dengan cairan aluminium. Semakin lama semakin baik; waktu pembentukan gelembung umumnya berkisar antara 6\u20138 menit. Ketika paduan aluminium didinginkan hingga 300\u00b0C, kelarutan hidrogen dalam paduan aluminium menurun, dan pada saat ini nilainya hanya 1\/700 dari keadaan cair. Por-pori yang terbentuk akibat pengendapan hidrogen setelah pengkristalan berupa lubang-lubang halus yang tersebar. Meskipun juga tersebar, gelembung-gelembung ini sering menyebabkan kebocoran dan sering mengakibatkan penolakan benda kerja.<\/p>\n<p>Saat melakukan peleburan paduan aluminium, kita harus berupaya mencapai proses peleburan yang cepat dan mempersingkat waktu tinggal pada suhu tinggi.
