Sebagian besar limbah disebabkan oleh pengendalian yang tidak tepat terhadap proses peleburan dan penuangan. Pengendalian yang ketat terhadap seluruh proses produksi peleburan dan pengecoran memainkan peran penting dalam mencegah cacat pengecoran (seperti lubang, pori-pori kecil, inklusi, isolasi dingin, dan retakan).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2480\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Aluminum-Alloy-Smelting.jpg\" alt=\"Peleburan Paduan Aluminium\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Aluminum-Alloy-Smelting.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Aluminum-Alloy-Smelting-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Karena sifat penyerapan aluminium cair, logam ini memiliki kemampuan oksidasi yang kuat dan mudah melarutkan besi. Semakin tinggi suhunya, semakin besar kecenderungan penyerapan hidrogen; semakin lama waktunya, semakin banyak penyerapan yang terjadi. Dalam seluruh proses peleburan dan pengecoran, langkah-langkah pencegahan yang sesuai harus diambil untuk menghasilkan coran yang memenuhi standar.<\/p>\n<p>Agar dapat memperoleh aluminium cair berkualitas tinggi dalam proses peleburan paduan aluminium, bahan baku yang memenuhi syarat harus dipilih terlebih dahulu. Selain itu, diperlukan pengelolaan yang ilmiah dan pengolahan bahan baku yang tepat; jika tidak, kualitas aluminium cair akan sangat terpengaruh.<\/p>\n<p>Penelitian mengenai pengaruh ingot paduan Al-Si terhadap lubang jarum pada paduan aluminium menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat lubang jarum saat menggunakan blok pasir cor aluminium murni. Ketika ditambahkan ingot paduan aluminium-silikon dengan struktur makro yang tidak memenuhi standar, blok tersebut mengalami lubang jarum yang parah dan partikel yang kasar.<\/p>\n<p>Hal ini disebabkan karena sifat warisan paduan Al-Si meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya kandungan Si. Untuk mengatasi cacat pengecoran yang disebabkan oleh sifat warisan bahan baku, perlu dipilih rantai aluminium, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/metal-additives\/\">bahan tambahan paduan aluminium<\/a> dan bahan baku metalurgi lainnya yang memiliki kandungan logam tinggi.<\/p>\n<p>Sebelum digunakan, bahan baku harus dibersihkan dengan metode sandblasting untuk menghilangkan karat, minyak, dan kotoran lain dari permukaannya. Batangan paduan aluminium dan bahan pengisi dengan permukaan bersih serta waktu penyimpanan yang singkat dapat diolah tanpa perlu proses sandblasting, namun bahan campuran yang mengandung serbuk besi, serpihan, gumpalan pasir, dan bahan baku tungku harus dibuang terlebih dahulu.<\/p>\n<p>Semua bahan baku harus dipanaskan terlebih dahulu sebelum dimasukkan ke dalam tungku, dan kelembapan yang terserap pada permukaannya harus dihilangkan. Dengan cara ini, waktu peleburan dapat dipersingkat menjadi kurang dari 3 jam. Dengan syarat pengeringan telah terjamin, pemanasan awal tidak diperlukan.
