Proses pemurnian paduan aluminium cor cetakan tidak dapat diabaikan dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas komponen cor cetakan.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam konteks penentuan jenis paduan, kualitas ingot, jenis dan kadar pengotor yang diperbolehkan, peralatan peleburan (peleburan ulang), serta proses-proses lain kecuali perlakuan pemurnian, kunci untuk memperoleh cairan paduan berkualitas tinggi adalah dengan menggunakan \u201cagen pemurnian\u201d yang ideal dan efisien untuk memurnikan cairan paduan, menghilangkan gas dan berbagai inklusi dalam cairan paduan semaksimal mungkin, serta memurnikan cairan paduan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Pengecoran paduan aluminium memerlukan proses pemurnian sebelum pengecoran untuk memurnikan cairan paduan, namun hal ini belum mendapat perhatian yang cukup. Alasan utama diabaikannya proses pemurnian pada pengecoran paduan aluminium dengan cetakan adalah kekhasan metode produksi pengecoran dengan cetakan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Karena pembentukan cairan paduan dalam kondisi tekanan tinggi dan pendinginan, cacat porositas yang disebabkan oleh terjebaknya udara merupakan penyebab utamanya. Oleh karena itu, kepekaan paduan aluminium terhadap perlakuan pemurnian lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan metode pengecoran lainnya.
