Penyebab utama retakan tersebut adalah perbedaan suhu yang besar antara permukaan dan bagian tengah selama proses pengecoran dan penggulungan di area pengecoran dan penggulungan. Apabila tegangan tarik yang disebabkan oleh deformasi cukup besar, lapisan yang telah mengeras akan retak dan mengembang, sehingga membentuk retakan.<\/p>\n<p>Apabila cairan logam mengalami pemanasan berlebih atau proses peleburan dihentikan dalam waktu lama, partikel nukleasi dalam cairan logam akan berkurang dan retakan mudah terbentuk di batas butir. Apabila kecepatan pengecoran tinggi, suhu kotak depan tinggi, area pengecoran yang bergulir luas, bibir saluran masuk rusak, dan lubang cairan dalam, permukaan pelat pengecoran yang bergulir mudah retak.<\/p>\n<h2>Metode Penghapusan Cacat Retakan pada Coran<\/h2>\n<p>Menggunakan penghalus butiran Al-Ti-B untuk menghaluskan struktur butiran dan meningkatkan kinerja pemrosesan.<\/p>\n<p>Hindari panas berlebih selama proses peleburan.<\/p>\n<p>Persingkat waktu tinggal dalam fase leleh dan waktu penahanan sebanyak mungkin.<\/p>\n<p>Kurangi kecepatan pengecoran dan penggulungan secara tepat, serta kurangi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/portfolio\/tundish\/\">tundish<\/a> suhu.<\/p>\n<p>Segera ganti <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/casting-tips-and-nozzles\/\">ujung roda dan nosel<\/a> ketika nosel pengumpan rusak.<\/p>\n<p>Jika tidak ada alat penghalus butiran Al-Ti-B, maka perlu dilakukan pengendalian pada area pengecoran dan penggulungan pada awal proses penyelarasan nosel.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cracks defect in casting is a common problem.
