Pabrik pengecoran aluminium menerapkan proses pemurnian yang lebih ketat untuk memastikan kemurnian cairan aluminium. Dalam proses produksi, setelah melalui enam tahap pemurnian, pembuangan terak, dan penghilangan gas, hal ini dilakukan untuk memastikan hasil pemurnian cairan aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>Suhu larutan aluminium elektrolitik mencapai 950\u00b0C, yang mengandung pengotor logam seperti silikon, besi, natrium, kalsium, fosfor, boron, titanium, vanadium, dan seng, serta inklusi non-logam seperti alumina, aluminium, fluorida, karbon, karbida aluminium, dan nitrida aluminium. Ketika suhu cairan aluminium elektrolitik dalam wadah tuang berada pada kisaran 760\u2103\u2013840\u2103, kandungan gasnya tinggi, dan kandungan hidrogennya dapat mencapai 0,6 ml (100 g Al)\u20131,29 ml\/(100 g Al). Oleh karena itu, paduan aluminium harus dilelehkan saat memproduksi lempengan paduan aluminium dengan komponen cairan aluminium elektrolitik.<\/p>\n<h2>Pemurnian Cairan Aluminium dengan Metode Elektrolisis<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Pemurnian Pertama<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Setelah proses pra-perlakuan peleburan di tungku peleburan, cairan aluminium elektrolitik disuntikkan ke dalam tungku peleburan, dan bubuk <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/deslagging-agent\/\">penghilang terak<\/a> disemprotkan ke permukaan logam cair sesuai dengan 0,1%\u20130,2% dari berat logam cair, kemudian dilakukan pengadukan elektromagnetik selama 12 menit dan didiamkan selama 20 menit. Setelah sampel lapisan kotoran permukaan diambil dan dianalisis, serta komposisinya dinyatakan memenuhi syarat, agen pemurnian garam klorida ditambahkan untuk proses pemurnian, dosis agen pemurnian sebesar 0,2%\u20130,3% dari berat cairan aluminium, dan cairan aluminium diaduk secara elektromagnetik kembali selama 12\u201324 menit.<\/p>\n<p>Melalui pengadukan elektromagnetik, suhu pada permukaan atas dan bawah aluminium cair serta komposisi kimia paduan di dalam tungku menjadi seragam. Pada saat yang sama, cairan logam dapat bergerak di bawah pengaruh gaya pengadukan elektromagnetik dan dapat bersentuhan sepenuhnya dengan bahan pelebur, sehingga meningkatkan efektivitas proses pemurnian. Setelah proses pemurnian selesai, taburkan secara merata lapisan penghilang terak di permukaan logam cair. Setelah didiamkan selama 20 menit, buang buih di permukaan aluminium cair. Karena bahan pemurnian garam klorida bereaksi dengan aluminium cair untuk menghasilkan AlCl3 gas (titik didih 183\u2103), yang tidak larut dalam cairan aluminium dan dapat berperan dalam pemurnian penghilangan hidrogen. Melalui pemurnian sekunder cairan aluminium elektrolitik, tujuan penghilangan terak kedua dan penghilangan gas pertama tercapai.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ketiga<\/strong> <strong>Pemurnian<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Proses pembersihan dengan gas inert dan pemurnian dalam tungku statis dilakukan dengan cara meniupkan nitrogen (atau argon untuk paduan magnesium tinggi) secara merata ke dalam cairan logam melalui bata berlubang di bagian bawah tungku guna memurnikan cairan logam tersebut, dengan laju aliran nitrogen sebesar 45 L\/menit per bata berlubang, waktu pemurnian adalah 30 menit. Setelah pemurnian selesai, bahan penghilang terak ditaburkan sebanyak 0,15% dari berat cairan logam, kemudian dibiarkan selama 20 menit, dan selanjutnya lapisan terak di permukaan dihilangkan. Gas pemurnian yang digunakan adalah nitrogen (atau gas) dengan kemurnian tidak kurang dari 99,99%; suhu lelehan adalah 720\u2013740 \u2103; dan kecepatan rotor adalah 180\u2013230 putaran\/menit. Perangkat degassing online ini dapat menghasilkan dua aspek efek pemurnian cairan aluminium elektrolitik:<\/p>\n<p>(1) Penghilangan hidrogen: hidrogen diserap ke dalam gelembung akibat perbedaan tekanan parsial hidrogen di dalam dan di luar gelembung, lalu dikeluarkan dari permukaan logam cair paduan aluminium untuk menghilangkan hidrogen.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Penghilangan terak: Alat ini menangkap terak melalui gelembung-gelembung udara yang tersebar dan mengangkat terak tersebut ke permukaan cairan logam untuk menghilangkannya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pemurnian Kelima<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lini produksi filtrasi dan penghilangan terak secara online menggunakan teknologi CFF dua tahap<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/portfolio\/ceramic-foam-filter\/\"> filter busa keramik<\/a> pelat untuk penyaringan, dan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/portfolio\/cff-filter-box\/\">Kotak filter CFF<\/a> dilengkapi dengan 2 set pelat filter paralel, dan laju aliran pengolahan sebesar 55 t\/jam. Pelat filter tersebut merupakan pelat filter keramik busa komposit berlapis ganda dengan porositas 30\/50 ppi; porositas pelat filter bagian atas sebesar 30 ppi, sedangkan porositas pelat filter bagian bawah sebesar 50 ppi. Pelat filter atas (30p) dengan porositas yang lebih rendah menyaring kotoran berukuran lebih besar, sedangkan pelat filter bawah (50 ppi) dengan porositas yang lebih tinggi semakin meningkatkan efektivitas penyaringan, sehingga inklusi terak terisolasi di bagian atas pelat filter. Bagian depan saluran pengecoran disaring dan dibersihkan menggunakan saringan serat kaca berukuran 100 mesh. Kantong saringan distribusi logam khusus digunakan di dalam kristalisator untuk melakukan proses pembuangan terak akhir dan pemurnian guna menghilangkan lelehan aluminium di saluran distribusi serta lapisan oksida aluminium yang terbentuk saat memasuki kristalisator.
