Bahan ini terdiri dari berbagai senyawa klorida dan fluorida. Selain memiliki efek penghilangan terak yang luar biasa, bahan ini juga memiliki fungsi penghilangan gas dan pelapisan.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2658\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Slag-Remover-2.jpg\" alt=\"Penghilang Terak\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Slag-Remover-2.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Slag-Remover-2-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Penghilangan terak dan penghilangan gas merupakan dua tahap utama sekaligus tujuan akhir dari proses pemurnian logam cair paduan aluminium, yang telah menjadi fokus penelitian banyak peneliti. Oleh karena itu, berbagai metode penghilangan gas, metode penghilangan terak, serta metode pengolahan gabungan penghilangan gas dan terak secara online pun bermunculan seiring dengan tuntutan zaman. Peralatan dan perangkat yang digunakan semakin canggih, sementara biaya pembelian, biaya pemeliharaan, dan persyaratan teknisnya pun semakin tinggi. Fluks yang digunakan dalam proses pemurnian umumnya masih digunakan hingga saat ini.<\/p>\n<p>Ketika <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/portfolio\/slagging-flux\/\">fluks pengelupasan<\/a> Jika digunakan, bahan tersebut harus dimasukkan ke dalam tangki pemurnian dan dikirim ke cairan aluminium di dalam tungku untuk penghilangan terak dan pemurnian. Saat ditambahkan ke dalam lelehan paduan aluminium untuk pemurnian, NaCl, KCl\u2082, natrium sulfat, dan Na\u2082SiF\u2086 berfungsi sebagai agen penutup, sedangkan MnO\u2083 berfungsi sebagai agen pemurnian.
