Proses tersebut <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/aluminum-degassing-process\/\">proses penghilangan gas<\/a> Proses pembentukan gelembung hidrogen dalam aluminium secara garis besar dapat dibagi menjadi tiga tahap: pertama, pembentukan gelembung; kedua, pertumbuhan dan pengapungan gelembung; dan terakhir, pelepasan gelembung.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2748\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Degassing-Process-in-Aluminum.jpg\" alt=\"Proses Penghilangan Gas pada Aluminium\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Degassing-Process-in-Aluminum.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Degassing-Process-in-Aluminum-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pada lelehan paduan aluminium, pembentukan inti gelembung harus memenuhi dua syarat berikut:<\/p>\n<p>1) Hidrogen yang terlarut dalam lelehan paduan aluminium berada dalam keadaan jenuh berlebih dan memiliki tekanan presipitasi.<\/p>\n<p>2) Tekanan gas di dalam gelembung lebih besar daripada tekanan luar yang bekerja pada gelembung tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Seiring berkurangnya kandungan hidrogen dalam cairan paduan aluminium, tekanan hidrogen di dalam gelembung pun menjadi lebih kecil. Pada kedalaman tertentu dalam cairan paduan aluminium, gelembung tidak akan dapat terbentuk, dan penghilangan hidrogen hanya dapat dilakukan melalui difusi. Begitu gelembung terbentuk, gelembung tersebut akan naik ke permukaan akibat perbedaan kepadatan.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam proses mengapung, di satu sisi, tekanan eksternal terus berkurang, sementara di sisi lain, hidrogen terus berdifusi ke dalam gelembung, yang meningkatkan jumlah atom hidrogen di dalam gelembung, sehingga menyebabkan peningkatan volume gelembung, yaitu peningkatan jari-jari gelembung. Gelembung-gelembung dalam lelehan paduan aluminium keluar melalui permukaan, dan laju keluarnya bergantung pada ketebalan lapisan oksida yang terdapat pada permukaan.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk proses penghilangan gas pada aluminium yang tidak dapat membentuk gelembung hidrogen, hal ini terutama mengacu pada penghilangan hidrogen melalui pembentukan jenis gelembung lain, seperti nitrogen atau argon yang berputar. Proses kinetika penghilangan hidrogen pada migrasi awal gelembung bebas hidrogen dalam cairan paduan aluminium dapat diuraikan menjadi lima langkah berikut:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Melalui konveksi dan difusi, hidrogen dalam logam cair paduan aluminium berpindah ke antarmuka gas-cair antara cairan aluminium dan gelembung-gelembung;<\/li>\n<li>Atom hidrogen berubah dari keadaan terlarut menjadi keadaan teradsorpsi;<\/li>\n<li>Atom-atom hidrogen yang teradsorpsi pada antarmuka gas-cair berinteraksi satu sama lain dan bergabung untuk membentuk molekul hidrogen;<\/li>\n<li>Desorpsi molekul hidrogen dari antarmuka gas-cair;<\/li>\n<li>Molekul hidrogen berdifusi ke dalam fase gas dan keluar dari aluminium cair saat gelembung-gelembung naik ke permukaan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Degassing process in aluminum can be divided into two situations: one is the hydrogen removal process that can form hydrogen bubbles; the other is the hydrogen removal process that cannot form hydrogen bubbles.
