Filter CFF untuk aluminium cair tidak hanya memiliki teknologi pemurnian yang baik, tetapi juga mudah digunakan. Perbedaan tekanan awal yang melewati logam cair hanya 100\u2013150 mm, dan setelah melewatinya, hanya perlu mempertahankan perbedaan tekanan sebesar 2\u201310 m. Prinsip penyaringan dan pemurnian busa keramik sama dengan prinsip penyaringan tabung keramik. Filter CFF untuk Aluminium Cair merupakan mekanisme filtrasi dalam dan memiliki porositas yang lebih tinggi (80% hingga 90%) dibandingkan tabung keramik. Semakin dekat kotak filter dengan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/portfolio\/distributing-launder\/\">mendistribusikan cucian<\/a>, semakin baik. Saat perangkat penyaring diaktifkan, selisih ketinggian sebelum dan sesudah penyaringan logam cair sekitar 30 mm. Seiring bertambahnya waktu penyaringan, inklusi pada permukaan pelat penyaring dan dinding lubang semakin banyak, aliran penyaringan berkurang, dan selisih ketinggian antara bagian depan dan belakang semakin besar. Saat pengecoran selesai, selisih ketinggian tersebut semakin meningkat. Menjadi 50\u2013100 rm. Pemilihan pelat filter pertama-tama bergantung pada tingkat ketelitian penyaringan. Umumnya, ukuran pori 10 lubang\/cm sudah dapat memenuhi persyaratan pemurnian cairan aluminium. Jika cairan aluminium sangat kotor, gunakan lembaran aluminium berpori besar (6 lubang\/cm) untuk penyaringan awal guna mencegah penyumbatan dini pada pelat penyaring berpori halus. Semakin besar pori-pori pelat saring, semakin buruk pula efektivitas penghilangan terak. Untuk produk aluminium dengan persyaratan yang ketat, sebaiknya dipilih pelat saring dengan pori-pori kecil, dan efisiensi penyaringan meningkat seiring dengan ukuran partikel. Peningkatan ukuran dan ketebalan lapisan saring terjadi secara proporsional, dan berkurang seiring dengan berkurangnya ukuran lubang saring serta laju aliran aluminium cair.<\/p>\n<p>Efek penyaringan pelat saring Setelah sebuah perusahaan menggunakan metode penyaringan dengan pelat saring dalam jangka waktu yang lama, terbukti bahwa pelat saring keramik berbusa merupakan alat yang efektif untuk menghilangkan inklusi oksidasi dalam setiap lelehan.
