Alasan mengapa aluminium cair dalam tungku penahan perlu dimurnikan terutama mencakup empat aspek berikut:<\/p>\n<p>Pertama, sebelum proses pengecoran, perlu dipastikan bahwa kandungan hidrogen pada aluminium cair memenuhi persyaratan produk akhir. Dengan berbagai jenis pengumpanan pada tungku peleburan dan suhu peleburan yang berbeda-beda, kandungan hidrogen pada aluminium cair setelah proses peleburan pun berbeda-beda, namun nilainya jauh lebih tinggi daripada batas yang diizinkan untuk produk cor akhir. Dengan mengandalkan sistem online <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/portfolio\/degassing-unit\/\">unit penghilang gas<\/a> Hal ini saja sulit untuk memenuhi persyaratan, yang menuntut dilakukannya pemurnian aluminium cair di dalam tungku guna mengurangi kandungan hidrogen dan menciptakan kondisi yang mendukung pemurnian secara berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n<p>Kedua, terdapat perbedaan ketinggian yang besar antara saluran masuk aluminium cair pada tungku penampung dan saluran pembuangan terbalik. Untuk tungku penampung berkapasitas 85t, perbedaan ketinggian tersebut biasanya sebesar 1100m. Perbedaan ketinggian ini bervariasi sesuai dengan kapasitas tungku penampung. Semakin besar kapasitas tungku penampung, semakin besar pula ketinggian jatuhnya. Penyebabnya adalah kedalaman kolam aluminium cair meningkat seiring bertambahnya volume aluminium cair. Hal ini akan menyebabkan benturan dan percikan saat aluminium cair memasuki tungku penampung melalui saluran terbalik, serta cairan aluminium menyerap hidrogen dua kali sehingga kandungan hidrogennya meningkat.<\/p>\n<p>Ketiga, hidrogen adalah gas yang sangat mudah larut dalam aluminium dan paduan aluminium. Kelarutan hidrogen dipengaruhi oleh suhu aluminium cair. Semakin tinggi suhu aluminium cair, semakin jelas kecenderungannya untuk menyerap hidrogen. Saat memasukkan bahan ke dalam tungku peleburan, untuk menghemat energi, mengurangi konsumsi bahan bakar, dan mempersingkat waktu peleburan, cairan aluminium elektrolitik dan ingot aluminium asli dicampur dan dimasukkan bersama-sama. Karena karakteristik cairan aluminium elektrolitik itu sendiri, yaitu suhunya lebih tinggi dari 800\u2103, yang menyebabkan penyerapan gas yang tinggi pada cairan aluminium elektrolitik, dan kandungan hidrogen terkadang melebihi 0,500 ml\/100 g. Kandungan hidrogen pada aluminium cair yang dituangkan ke dalam tungku penampung pada akhir proses peleburan jauh melebihi indeks yang disyaratkan untuk pengecoran.<\/p>\n<p>Keempat, untuk aluminium cair dengan kandungan logam alkali Li, Na, dan K yang tinggi, perlu ditambahkan Cl\u2082 dalam proses pemurnian aluminium cair guna menghilangkan logam alkali tersebut dan meningkatkan sifat mekanis bahan. Pada saat yang sama, sifat lapisan oksida secara langsung memengaruhi kandungan hidrogen dalam aluminium cair. Lapisan oksida ini berkaitan erat dengan unsur-unsur logam alkali. Sifat kimia unsur-unsur logam alkali bersifat reaktif dan terkonsentrasi di permukaan aluminium cair, yang melonggarkan lapisan oksida dan mendorong penyerapan hidrogen oleh aluminium cair; misalnya, kandungan hidrogen pada paduan AI-Li dapat mencapai 10 kali lipat dari kandungan hidrogen pada paduan aluminium pada umumnya.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2925\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Aluminum-Refining-in-Furnace-1.jpg\" alt=\"Pemurnian Aluminium di Tungku\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Aluminum-Refining-in-Furnace-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Aluminum-Refining-in-Furnace-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan empat alasan di atas, proses pemurnian aluminium cair di dalam tungku sangat diperlukan, sehingga kandungan hidrogen pada aluminium cair akan mencapai 0,250 ml\/100 g atau kurang sebelum masuk ke sistem penghilangan gas secara online dari tungku penahan, yang menciptakan kondisi agar unit pemurnian online dapat memenuhi persyaratan produk cor.<\/p>\n<p>Ada dua metode konvensional untuk memurnikan aluminium cair di tungku penampung, salah satunya adalah dengan menambahkan sebuah <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/refining-agent\/\">zat pemurnian<\/a>, sedangkan yang lainnya adalah proses pemurnian dengan CCl\u2084.<\/p>\n<p>Komponen utama bahan pemurnian adalah NaCl, NaF, KCl, dan sebagainya, sedangkan titik leleh bahan pemurnian tersebut lebih rendah daripada suhu eutektik campuran NaCl dan KCl pada 665 \u2103, serta lebih rendah daripada titik leleh paduan aluminium. Prinsip utama agen pemurnian adalah memanfaatkan sifat pembasahan fluks garam ini untuk membasahi inklusi oksida dalam aluminium cair, yang kemudian akan mengapung ke permukaan aluminium cair untuk dibuang. Hal ini karena inklusi teroksidasi dan hidrogen dalam cairan aluminium bersifat parasit dan saling mempengaruhi. Seiring berkurangnya inklusi teroksidasi, kandungan hidrogen dalam aluminium cair pun berkurang; sehingga dalam proses penghilangan inklusi tersebut, sebagian hidrogen dalam aluminium cair dapat dihilangkan. Prinsip utama penggunaan pemurnian CCl\u2084 adalah memanfaatkan Cl\u2082 yang dihasilkan dari dekomposisi CCl\u2084. Akibat perbedaan tekanan parsial hidrogen di dalam dan di luar gelembung Cl\u2082, hidrogen masuk ke dalam gelembung dan dibawa keluar oleh gelembung tersebut selama proses pengapungan untuk mengurangi kandungan hidrogen dalam aluminium cair.
