Terdapat dua jenis metode persiapan unsur-unsur logam.<\/p>\n<p>Jenis pertama adalah paduan antara yang dibuat dari logam itu sendiri, seperti aluminium-tembaga, aluminium-besi, aluminium-mangan, aluminium-nikel, aluminium-silikon, aluminium-kromium, dan sebagainya. Paduan ini terutama digunakan sebagai komponen unsur yang akan ditambahkan ke dalam paduan induk.<\/p>\n<p>Jenis kedua, karena ketidakstabilan (mudah teroksidasi) unsur-unsur logam itu sendiri di alam, paduan perantara yang dibuat dari garam fluorida, seperti seri aluminium 5 titanium 1 boron, aluminium boron, aluminium zirkonium, aluminium berilium, dan sebagainya, terutama digunakan untuk meningkatkan struktur ingot aluminium atau proses pengecoran, bukan ditambahkan sebagai komponen.<\/p>\n<p>Kelebihan dan kekurangan penambahan paduan induk dan logam murni secara langsung. Pertama-tama, perlu ditegaskan bahwa terlepas dari merek paduan aluminium apa pun yang disiapkan, berbagai larutan padat atau senyawa yang terdiri dari unsur-unsur paduan dan aluminium atau unsur-unsur lain tidak ada hubungannya dengan metode penambahan unsur logam tersebut.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Metode Penambahan Bahan Tambahan Berbentuk Serbuk Logam<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bubuk <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/metal-additives\/\">aditif logam<\/a> merupakan varian lain dari metode penambahan logam langsung, dan intinya adalah penambahan langsung logam dengan titik leleh tinggi. Cara mengatasi pelarutan cepat unsur-unsur paduan merupakan masalah terpenting yang harus diatasi melalui metode penambahan langsung. Untuk memastikan logam dapat larut dan terserap secepat mungkin, logam tersebut dibuat menjadi butiran dan bubuk guna meningkatkan luas permukaan logam. Untuk mempercepat peleburan bubuk dalam cairan aluminium, ditambahkan fluks yang sesuai guna mencegah oksidasi bubuk logam dan suhu tinggi. Untuk mengurangi kehilangan pembakaran, ditambahkan beberapa zat pereduksi, dan digunakan metode pencetakan kompresi.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam proses praktik produksi, dalam memilih bahan tambahan, perlu mempertimbangkan tiga faktor utama:<\/p>\n<p>1) Lamanya waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk pelarutan dan penyerapan unsur-unsur logam. Jika waktunya terlalu lama, konsumsi energi selama proses pengecoran akan menjadi lebih tinggi, dan hal ini akan memengaruhi kelancaran proses pengecoran.<\/p>\n<p>2) Stabilitas penyerapan unsur-unsur logam umumnya bersifat proporsional, dan tidak akan terjadi fluktuasi antara nilai tinggi dan rendah, yang sangat penting dalam proses pembuatan paduan.<\/p>\n<p>3) Berapa laju penyerapan unsur-unsur logam? Sebagian bubuk logam akan teroksidasi selama proses produksi dan penyimpanan bubuk logam. Aditif logam berbentuk bubuk merupakan bahan pelebur. Bahan tersebut berupa garam atau partikel bubuk, sedangkan bahan pelebur pada paduan induk adalah aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>Tiga prinsip dasar dalam penggunaan aditif logam: (1) Unsur-unsur logam larut dan berdifusi dalam waktu singkat.
