Dalam kondisi normal, ketinggian permukaan cairan di kotak depan harus ditingkatkan untuk memastikan pasokan cairan. Namun, karena adanya celah tertentu antara nosel pengecoran dan rol, logam cair aluminium dapat dicegah agar tidak menembus ke dalam celah antara nosel dan rol di bawah pengaruh tegangan permukaan celah tersebut, sehingga proses pengecoran dapat dilakukan. Dalam kondisi tertentu, tegangan permukaan logam cair aluminium bersifat tetap. Oleh karena itu, tekanan logam cair aluminium di celah tersebut terbatas. Terutama ketika celah antara nosel dan rol semakin lebar, tekanan yang ditanggungnya pun berkurang.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk meningkatkan kualitas permukaan strip cor-gulung, celah antara rol nozzle diperlebar. Jika hanya menaikkan tingkat cairan untuk memastikan aliran logam cair yang optimal, hal ini akan menyebabkan celah antara rol nozzle teroksidasi dan terlipat akibat tekanan logam cair, dan hal ini tidak diinginkan karena dapat memengaruhi kualitas aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk meningkatkan aliran aluminium cair di dalam nosel pengecoran dalam satu kali proses, dengan mengoptimalkan metode aliran nosel pengecoran dan nosel penggulungan, jarak antara penahan samping diperbesar, sehingga aliran logam di kedua ujung yang jauh dari lubang keluar meningkat, dan nosel pengecoran menjadi lebih kokoh. Aluminium cair di sisi-sisinya disuplai untuk meningkatkan suhu logam di sisi tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Kurangi jarak antar blok perantara untuk memperlambat aliran logam perantara dan menurunkan suhu secara tepat. Selain itu, tingkatkan pasokan aluminium cair pada tahap distribusi, sehingga aluminium cair dapat tersebar lebih cepat dan merata di rongga mulut dengan mempertahankan ketinggian cairan tertentu di kotak depan, sehingga suhu logam pada seluruh penampang menjadi seragam dan meningkatkan keseragaman tekanan serta keseragaman suhu fluida di dalam rongga nosel pengecoran, guna memperbaiki medan aliran, medan suhu, dan medan konsentrasi pada rongga ujung pengecoran, serta mengurangi distribusi yang tidak merata pada medan suhu dan medan tekanan di dalam rongga nosel pengecoran.
