{"id":3008,"date":"2020-09-24T02:45:15","date_gmt":"2020-09-24T02:45:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/?p=3008"},"modified":"2020-09-24T02:45:15","modified_gmt":"2020-09-24T02:45:15","slug":"front-box-temperature","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/front-box-temperature\/","title":{"rendered":"Suhu Kotak Depan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Menurunkan suhu kotak depan dan meningkatkan kecepatan pengecoran-penggulungan tidak hanya dapat meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, tetapi juga memperbaiki kelancaran aliran logam cair serta kondisi pengendapan logam cair, sekaligus meningkatkan kepadatan internal gulungan hasil pengecoran-penggulungan.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam proses produksi, memastikan suhu tungku peleburan, tungku penampungan, dan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/portfolio\/caster-tip\/\">ujung roda<\/a> dan nosel tungku berdiri serta penurunan suhu kotak depan merupakan faktor kunci untuk memastikan kecepatan pengecoran yang tinggi. Setelah menurunkan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/front-box-for-aluminum-casting\/\">kotak depan<\/a> suhu, cacat butiran kasar yang disebabkan oleh suhu yang terlalu tinggi dapat dikurangi, reaksi oksidasi dan pembentukan terak pada logam cair pada suhu tinggi dapat dikurangi, serta kualitas pelat cor-gulung dapat dijamin.<\/p>\n<p>Akibat peningkatan kecepatan pengecoran, ukuran fase kedua pada struktur dengan perbesaran tinggi dari gulungan cor-gulung menjadi lebih kecil, tersebar, dan terdistribusi secara lebih merata. Partikel-partikel senyawa logam intermediet yang halus dapat meningkatkan sifat mekanis bahan, sekaligus menjaga plastisitas bahan tanpa menguranginya. Dalam kondisi ini, kekuatan material meningkat; akibat peningkatan kecepatan pengecoran-penggulungan, kondisi pengkristalan logam cair menjadi lebih baik, kepadatan struktur internal kumparan cor-gulung meningkat, dan kualitas struktur internalnya meningkat secara signifikan. Namun, peningkatan kecepatan pengecoran-penggulungan juga terbatas pada rentang tertentu. Seiring dengan meningkatnya ketinggian vertikal interval kristalisasi paduan, kecepatan pengecoran-penggulungan harus dikurangi secara proporsional. Kotak depan dengan pengatur aliran otomatis ini dapat mengurangi biaya tenaga kerja dan meningkatkan stabilitas aliran aluminium cair. Produk ini menggunakan bahan peleburan dengan kandungan silikon tinggi. Produk ini memiliki keunggulan berupa sifat anti lengket terhadap aluminium cair serta ketahanan terhadap erosi.
