Pemurnian adsorpsi bergantung pada proses adsorpsi dari <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/refining-agents\/\">zat pemurnian<\/a> untuk mencapai tujuan menghilangkan inklusi oksida dan gas. Di antaranya, fluks yang digunakan dalam metode fluks bubuk semprot argon merupakan campuran garam klorida logam alkali dan garam fluorida. Agen pemurnian berbentuk bubuk yang terdiri dari campuran KCl, MgCl\u2082, dan CaF\u2082 digunakan pada paduan aluminium-magnesium. Selain itu, agen pemurnian granular baru dipilih untuk melakukan eksperimen guna membandingkan efek penghilangan gas sebelum proses pemanasan dalam tungku.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3095\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Granular-Refining-Agents.jpg\" alt=\"Bahan Penghalus Berbentuk Butiran\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Granular-Refining-Agents.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Granular-Refining-Agents-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Proporsi bahan padat di bagian depan tungku dikendalikan secara ketat pada kisaran 20-25%, unsur-unsur paduan semuanya digunakan sebagai bahan campuran paduan utama, suhu pemurnian dikendalikan pada 730-740\u2103, dan proses pemurnian dibagi menjadi dua tahap. Jumlah bahan pemurnian adalah 1Kg\/ton aluminium setiap kali. Kecepatan peniupan dikontrol selama 20-25 menit setiap kali. Setelah pemurnian, diamkan selama 40 menit untuk setiap panas, lalu gunakan forklift untuk membuang terak secara manual. Lakukan pengangkatan hingga permukaan aluminium cair bersih dalam waktu 15 menit. Setelah cetakan dibuka selama 15 menit, tangki aliran di lubang pengamatan tungku digunakan untuk pengukuran hidrogen setelah tingkat aluminium cair stabil. Alat ukur mengukur kandungan hidrogen sesuai dengan prosedur operasi standar. Bahan pemurnian berbentuk bubuk dan butiran diukur untuk masing-masing 10 kali pemanasan. Data pengukuran hidrogen merupakan rata-rata dari 4 pengukuran berturut-turut.<\/p>\n<p>Bahan pemurnian campuran berbentuk bubuk yang terdiri dari KCl, MgCl\u2082, dan CaF\u2082 serta bahan pemurnian granular baru dibandingkan dalam eksperimen paralel mengenai efek penghilangan gas sebelum masuk ke tungku. Kandungan hidrogen dari kedua bahan pemurnian tersebut diukur untuk masing-masing 10 proses pemanasan. Berdasarkan pengukuran, hidrogen menyumbang lebih dari 85% dari gas yang terdapat dalam paduan aluminium. Oleh karena itu, \u201ckadar gas\u201d dapat dianggap sebagai sinonim dari kadar hidrogen. Berdasarkan perbandingan data kadar hidrogen setelah pemurnian, terlihat bahwa bahan pemurnian granular dikeluarkan dari tungku sebelum proses pemurnian. Efek penghilangan gasnya sedikit lebih baik daripada bahan pemurnian berbentuk bubuk.<\/p>\n<p>Praktik produksi dan bukti ilmiah telah membuktikan bahwa faktor utama yang memengaruhi penyerapan hidrogen pada logam cair paduan aluminium adalah tekanan parsial uap air di atmosfer dan suhu leleh. Bahan pelebur dapat mengubah keadaan lapisan oksida pada permukaan logam cair dan membentuk lapisan oksidasi yang padat dan rapat di permukaan logam cair. Lapisan tersebut terpecah menjadi partikel-partikel halus, yang memudahkan pelepasan hidrogen dari partikel-partikel lapisan film oksida.
