Proses injeksi rotari khas dari luar negeri terutama mencakup metode SNIF dari Union Carbide Corporation di Amerika Serikat dan metode PAL dari Petrotech Company, metode ALPUR dari Pisigne Company di Prancis, serta metode RDU dari United Aluminum Corporation di Inggris.
