Namun, hasil yang sebenarnya seringkali tidak ideal. Salah satu alasan utamanya adalah karena logam cair aluminium mengalir melalui saluran cor. Kondisi penghilangan terak dan penghisapan gas selama proses pengecoran. Pada saat ini, logam cair aluminium berada dalam keadaan \u201ctidak terlindungi\u201d, sehingga gas yang terserap dan inklusi non-logam yang terbentuk lebih mungkin mengalir ke dalam batang cor, sehingga menimbulkan \u201cpolusi sekunder\u201d. Masukkan cetakan dari saluran keluar air pengecoran, dan panjang saluran tuang tidak boleh melebihi 2 m. Saat proses pemurnian di dalam tungku, jumlah <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/refining-agent\/\">zat pemurnian<\/a> cukup untuk memastikan waktu pemurnian dan menghindari jalan buntu dalam proses pemurnian. Terapkan sistem pemanggangan pada sistem pengecoran secara ketat. Langkah-langkah ini akan memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengendalian kemurnian.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Untuk membuat batang aluminium dengan tingkat kemurnian paduan aluminium yang lebih tinggi, ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Apabila jenis paduan diubah, buang cairan aluminium di dalam perangkat pemurnian dan bersihkan perangkat tersebut.<\/li>\n<li>Baki pelari harus dipanggang hingga matang sempurna.<\/li>\n<li>Saat proses peleburan di dalam tungku, digunakan bahan penutup untuk mencegah terhirupnya asap.<\/li>\n<li>Baki pelari harus sudah dipasang pada shift sebelumnya dan dipanggang hingga matang sepenuhnya.<\/li>\n<li>Dalam proses produksi dan pemeliharaan pelat cetakan runner, digunakan bahan isolasi tahan api yang ringan, yang memiliki permeabilitas udara yang baik, sehingga mendukung proses pengeringan yang menyeluruh dan mencegah masuknya udara.<\/li>\n<li>Tiup bersih endapan di permukaan filter sebelum memasukkannya, lalu periksa porositas tersembunyi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Perlu dicatat bahwa peralatan pemurnian dengan proses degassing telah mulai digunakan di sebuah pabrik bahan aluminium pada bulan Maret dan telah beroperasi secara stabil, serta hasil proses degassing dan pembentukan terak sangat memuaskan.
