Kadar hidrogen dan kadar terak dalam cairan logam tersebut akan memengaruhi kualitas ingot. Oleh karena itu, kami mengambil langkah-langkah berikut untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses peleburan:<\/p>\n<p>\u2460 Selama proses peleburan, jaga agar suhu cairan logam berada pada kisaran 720\u2103\u2013760\u2103, dan suhu tungku dijaga \u2264 1150\u2103. Saat bahan baku telah meleleh, ukur suhu cairan logam secara berkala, dan lakukan proses pembentukan terak tepat waktu dalam rentang kendali suhu cairan logam.
