Alat ini menggunakan mesin penyemprot bubuk dengan nitrogen atau argon sebagai gas pembawa untuk menyemprotkan bubuk tersebut secara merata ke dalam cairan aluminium, sehingga dapat mewujudkan proses pemurnian ganda pada cairan aluminium melalui gas dan fluks. Bahan kimia ini banyak digunakan dalam industri pengolahan aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>Sifat: partikel berwarna putih; Paduan yang dapat digunakan: digunakan untuk melebur aluminium murni dan berbagai paduan aluminium umum<br \/>\nKeunggulan: tidak berasap, tidak beracun<\/p>\n<p>Fitur produk: memiliki efek penghilangan gas dan penghilangan terak yang baik, dengan takaran yang rendah; terak yang kering, mudah dipisahkan dari cairan aluminium, dan mudah dibuang. Pada rentang suhu pemurnian, masukkan sejumlah fluks ke dalam tangki penyimpanan perangkat injeksi, dan gunakan perangkat khusus ini untuk mengalirkan udara dan listrik.<br \/>\n2. Alirkan nitrogen (tekanan 1,2\u20131,8 kg\/cm\u00b2), lalu nyalakan sakelar di bawah tangki pemurnian. Gas yang digunakan adalah nitrogen kemurnian tinggi 99,991 TP3T. Dengan syarat bubuk dapat terhembus, tekanan nitrogen selama proses pemurnian akan lebih baik. Jumlah agen pemurnian sekitar 0,15 hingga 0,201 TP3T.<br \/>\n3. Ketika <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/refining-agent\/\">zat pemurnian<\/a> disemprotkan ke dalam pipa besi, masukkan pistol semprot ke dalam aluminium cair, lalu gerakkan pistol semprot secara sejajar untuk menyalurkan fluks secara merata ke setiap bagian hingga jumlah fluks yang diperlukan terpenuhi, yang memakan waktu sekitar 10 menit.<br \/>\n4. Kedalaman penyisipan harus sebesar 3\/4 dari kedalaman aluminium cair di ujung pipa besi. Gerakkan pipa besi maju-mundur sebanyak 2 hingga 3 kali. Jangan sampai menyentuh dinding tungku agar pipa tidak tersumbat.<br \/>\n5. Suhu pemurnian dikendalikan pada kisaran 730\u2013750 derajat Celcius, dan terak dapat dikikis dengan membiarkannya selama 20 menit setelah proses pemurnian. Saat mengikis terak, usahakan untuk tidak mengaduk aluminium cair agar terak tidak terperangkap di dalamnya, lalu gunakan bahan penutup untuk melapisi permukaan guna mencegah terak teroksidasi kembali dan terserap ke dalam aluminium cair.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Particle refiner\u00a0is made by a variety of salt compounds through a special process.
