Namun, cacat utama seperti pori-pori, inklusi, dan pengotor dalam aluminium sangat memengaruhi kualitas paduan aluminium dan produk-produknya. Terutama untuk beberapa aplikasi aluminium berkinerja tinggi, dampak dari cacat-cacat ini menjadi semakin menonjol. Seiring dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi serta produksi industri, terutama perkembangan industri penerbangan, antariksa, dan elektronik, dsb., tuntutan terhadap kemurnian aluminium pun semakin tinggi. Untuk meningkatkan kemurnian aluminium secara efektif, lelehan aluminium harus dimurnikan.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3341\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Purity-of-Aluminum.jpg\" alt=\"Kemurnian Aluminium\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Purity-of-Aluminum.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Purity-of-Aluminum-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan penelitian dan analisis, komposisi gas utama dalam aluminium cair adalah hidrogen (sekitar 80%\u201390%), sedangkan sisanya terdiri dari nitrogen, oksigen, dan karbon monoksida. Kadar gas dalam aluminium cair terutama mengacu pada kadar hidrogen. Hidrogen tersebut terutama berasal dari reaksi antara aluminium cair dan uap air. Alat, fluks, dan sebagainya yang digunakan dalam proses produksi, meskipun telah dikeringkan, tetap lebih lembap dibandingkan dengan aluminium cair, sehingga akan menyerap hidrogen. Hidrogen terdapat dalam aluminium cair dalam dua bentuk:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Lebih dari 90% hidrogen terlarut dalam aluminium dalam bentuk atomik sehingga membentuk hidrogen terlarut. Jenis hidrogen ini sulit dihilangkan dari aluminium cair, sering kali menyebabkan cacat pada ingot, dan sangat memengaruhi kinerja serta kualitas produk paduan aluminium.<\/li>\n<li>Sisa hidrogen sebesar 10% teradsorpsi pada permukaan inklusi atau celah dalam bentuk gelembung molekuler, yang disebut sebagai tipe adsorpsi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Gas yang terkandung dalam aluminium sebagian besar adalah hidrogen, dan hidrogen membentuk pori-pori saat aluminium mengeras.
