{"id":3356,"date":"2020-10-16T06:50:00","date_gmt":"2020-10-16T06:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/?p=3356"},"modified":"2020-10-16T06:50:00","modified_gmt":"2020-10-16T06:50:00","slug":"aluminium-refining","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/aluminium-refining\/","title":{"rendered":"Pemurnian Aluminium"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Proses pemurnian aluminium: tangki penyimpanan gas inert \u2192 kabinet pengatur gas unit penghilang gas secara online \u2192 nosel rotor grafit \u2192 logam cair paduan aluminium yang telah diolah \u2192 pemurnian.<\/p>\n<p>Prinsip kerja proses penghilangan gas dalam pemurnian aluminium: a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/portfolio\/degassing-unit\/\">unit penghilang gas<\/a> ditempatkan di antara tungku penahan dan mesin pengecoran, dan nitrogen yang ditiupkan ke dalam lelehan paduan aluminium dipotong-potong oleh rotor grafit yang berputar di dalam kolam pengolahan degassing pemurnian aluminium untuk membentuk sejumlah besar gelembung yang tersebar. Cairan paduan dan nitrogen bersentuhan sepenuhnya di dalam tangki pengolahan. Berdasarkan perbedaan tekanan udara dan prinsip adsorpsi permukaan, gelembung-gelembung tersebut menyerap hidrogen dalam cairan paduan serta mengadsorpsi terak teroksidasi di dalamnya, lalu naik ke permukaan cairan paduan untuk membentuk lapisan terak. Lelehan paduan aluminium mengalir dari saluran keluar perangkat penghilang gas (yang terletak di bawah lapisan busa) menuju mesin pengecoran, sementara cairan paduan aluminium terus masuk ke dalam perangkat penghilang gas, dan nitrogen terus ditiupkan ke dalamnya. Seiring berjalannya proses pemurnian, tujuan pemurnian cairan paduan aluminium pun tercapai.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3358\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Aluminium-Refining-1.jpg\" alt=\"Pemurnian Aluminium\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Aluminium-Refining-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Aluminium-Refining-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Komponen Utama Alat Penghilang Gas pada Proses Pemurnian Aluminium<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kotak pemrosesan terdiri dari dua ruang bagian dalam: ruang bersih dan ruang pemanasan serta penahanan. Kedua ruang tersebut dipisahkan oleh sekat yang terbuat dari bahan SC. Bagian bawah kedua ruang tersebut saling terhubung. Setelah paduan aluminium cair melalui proses penghilangan gas dan penghilangan terak di ruang bersih, cairan tersebut mengalir masuk dari bawah sekat. Ruang pemeliharaan panas berfungsi untuk mempertahankan panas, dan ruang tersebut dipanaskan dengan cara merendam tabung pelindung silikon karbida ke dalam cairan paduan aluminium. Casing luar kotak terbuat dari pelat baja setebal 10 mm, sedangkan lapisan dalamnya terbuat dari bahan tahan api. Pada bagian atas dinding samping terdapat lubang pengeluaran terak untuk pengamatan dan pemeriksaan, serta lubang pengeluaran terak di bagian bawah. Bagian depan dan belakang kotak perlakuan terhubung sebagai rongga independen. Hal ini memudahkan pemanas untuk mengalirkan panas secara langsung, dan cairan paduan aluminium yang telah diolah dapat direndam.<\/p>\n<p>Terdapat pintu pembersih terak di bagian bawah kedua dinding samping kotak. Pembersihan terak di dalam rongga dapat dilakukan tanpa perlu membuka penutup kotak, sehingga memperpanjang masa pakai rongga bagian dalam kotak, dan kinerja retensi panasnya pun meningkat. Kehilangan panasnya pun kecil. Kompensasi termal dapat sepenuhnya memenuhi persyaratan suhu proses produksi. Kotak ini memiliki sifat penyegelan yang baik, yang dapat mencegah udara masuk ke dalam kotak dan menghindari polusi sekunder pada cairan paduan aluminium. Dilengkapi dengan perangkat miring hidraulik, kotak ini dapat dikosongkan sepenuhnya setelah pekerjaan pengecoran selesai atau saat paduan diganti, sehingga kotak dapat benar-benar kosong.
