Saat ini, proses pemurnian dan penyaringan dalam produksi paduan aluminium cor masih menjadi masalah mendasar yang belum sepenuhnya teratasi hingga saat ini. Banyak limbah dihasilkan di pabrik, dan banyak coran paduan aluminium berkualitas tinggi yang tidak dapat diproduksi.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3384 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Refining-of-Aluminum-Alloy.jpg\" alt=\"Pemurnian Paduan Aluminium\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Refining-of-Aluminum-Alloy.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Refining-of-Aluminum-Alloy-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pemurnian Paduan Aluminium<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Karena berbagai kelemahan, seperti efisiensi yang rendah, efektivitas pemurnian yang buruk, intensitas tenaga kerja yang tinggi, dan pencemaran lingkungan, metode pengolahan dengan tungku tradisional secara bertahap telah digantikan oleh proses pemurnian berkelanjutan di luar tungku. Penggunaan proses berkelanjutan ini merupakan tren perkembangan yang umum di kalangan perusahaan pengolahan aluminium, baik di dalam maupun luar negeri. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/purification-treatment\/\">proses pemurnian<\/a> di luar tungku untuk menggantikan proses pemurnian celah yang dilakukan di dalam tungku.<\/p>\n<p>Sangat sulit bagi satu metode pemurnian untuk secara efisien melakukan penghilangan gas dan menghilangkan inklusi secara bersamaan. Efek penghilangan gas dari perlakuan vakum memang baik, namun hasilnya belum ideal. Metode penyaringan memiliki efek yang signifikan dalam menghilangkan inklusi, tetapi efek penghilangan gasnya buruk. Jika ingin memperoleh kedua manfaat tersebut secara bersamaan, sebaiknya menggunakan teknologi pemurnian gabungan. Oleh karena itu, perlakuan pemurnian gabungan telah menjadi arah pengembangan utama untuk memperoleh aluminium cair berkualitas tinggi.<\/p>\n<p>Proses pemurnian berkelanjutan di luar tungku juga telah dikembangkan dari fungsi tunggal menjadi multifungsi. Teknologi pemurnian terpadu ini digunakan untuk menggabungkan pemurnian dengan penghilangan gas, penyaringan, dan penghilangan kotoran; artinya, saat aliran gas digunakan untuk menghilangkan hidrogen dan memurnikan cairan logam, proses ini juga memberikan hasil yang lebih baik dalam menghilangkan inklusi.
