Syarat agar fluks dapat secara otomatis menyerap inklusi yang teroksidasi adalah tegangan antarmuka antara logam cair dan fluks, serta tegangan antarmuka antara logam cair dan pengotor.<\/p>\n<p>Karena inklusi oksida tidak terbasahi oleh aluminium cair, tegangan antarmuka di antara keduanya sangat besar. Fluks membasahi inklusi oksida tersebut, sehingga tegangan antarmuka di antara keduanya menjadi relatif kecil. Setelah fluks menyerap inklusi teroksidasi dalam cairan logam, hal ini dapat mengurangi energi bebas permukaan sistem. Beberapa jenis fluks pengecoran memiliki fungsi sebagai berikut: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/slag-remover\/\">pengangkatan terak<\/a> dan sekaligus melakukan pemurnian. Syarat-syarat dasar bahan fluks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pasti dehidrasi.<\/li>\n<li>Titik lelehnya lebih rendah daripada titik leleh paduan tersebut sebelum bahan baku dilebur dan membentuk lapisan pelindung pada cairan logam.<\/li>\n<li>Kepadatan zat tersebut lebih rendah daripada kepadatan cairan logam, sehingga dapat mengapung di permukaan cairan paduan setelah proses peleburan.<\/li>\n<li>Memiliki viskositas dan tegangan permukaan yang sesuai. Bahan ini tidak hanya dapat membentuk lapisan pelindung yang utuh, tetapi juga mudah terlepas dari bahan cair.<\/li>\n<li>Usahakan agar zat tersebut tidak bereaksi secara kimiawi dengan lapisan tungku, namun zat tersebut dapat membasahi lapisan tungku dengan baik.<\/li>\n<li>Tidak mengandung gas berbahaya dan kotoran.<\/li>\n<li>Sumber daya yang melimpah, murah, dan mudah diawetkan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Saat menggunakan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/granular-flux\/\">fluks granular<\/a>\u00a0Dalam proses pemurnian dengan penghilangan gas, fluks yang telah dikeringkan ditekan ke dalam kolam cair menggunakan tabung bel, dan tujuan dehidrogenasi dicapai dengan memanfaatkan dekomposisi termal fluks atau gelembung-gelembung volatil yang dihasilkan oleh reaksi kimia dengan logam.
