Selain memanfaatkan prinsip perbedaan tekanan parsial untuk menghilangkan gas, metode pemurnian dan penghilangan gas klorin juga bereaksi secara kimiawi dengan hidrogen untuk menghasilkan hidrogen klorida dan uap aluminium triklorida. Di bawah pengaruh ketiga gas tersebut, efektivitas pemurnian pun meningkat.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3488\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Active-Gas-Refining-1.jpg\" alt=\"Pemurnian Gas Aktif\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Active-Gas-Refining-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Active-Gas-Refining-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Proses degassing dan pemurnian gas aktif ditandai dengan efek degassing yang signifikan terhadap gas klorin serta efek penghilangan natrium; gas klorin bersifat beracun dan berbahaya bagi manusia, dapat menyebabkan korosi pada peralatan, serta mencemari lingkungan, sehingga memerlukan langkah-langkah dan peralatan ventilasi serta pembuangan yang memadai. Karena klorin bereaksi dengan titanium dalam cairan logam dan menghancurkan nukleasi kristal primer titanium, jika klorin dibiarkan terlalu lama, hal ini dapat menyebabkan struktur ingot menjadi kasar akibat campuran gas yang tidak terolah dengan baik.<\/p>\n<p>Campuran <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/gas-refining\/\">pengolahan gas<\/a> (N\u2082 dan Cl\u2082) dapat memaksimalkan keunggulan proses pemurnian dengan gas inert dan gas aktif, sekaligus menghindari kelemahannya, sehingga metode ini banyak digunakan dalam produksi.
