Proses peniupan tabung tunggal adalah dengan terlebih dahulu memanaskan nosel peniup untuk menghilangkan kelembapan yang teradsorpsi pada permukaan, kemudian menyesuaikan katup pelepas tekanan sesuai dengan kedalaman lelehan yang dimasukkan, menyalakan sakelar tabung, dan menghilangkan udara di jalur udara. Pada saat ini, gas inert di dalam tabung gas masih terus dialirkan ke dalam trakea, sehingga tekanan gas inert di dalam trakea terus meningkat. Ketika tekanannya lebih besar daripada jumlah tekanan statis lelehan di kepala tiup, tekanan atmosfer, dan tegangan permukaan, sejumlah kecil gelembung gas inert akan terbentuk dan masuk ke dalam lelehan.<\/p>\n<p>Alasan terbentuknya metode jet adalah karena tekanan gas inert di kepala tiup sangat tinggi, sehingga tekanan gas inert tersebut jauh lebih besar daripada jumlah tekanan statis, tekanan atmosfer, dan tegangan permukaan lelehan di kepala tiup. Gas inert tersebut disemprotkan ke dalam lelehan dengan kecepatan yang cukup tinggi.<\/p>\n<p>Proses pembentukan zona jet dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n<p>Semburan gas pertama-tama terbentuk di ujung nosel pistol semprot. Akibat interaksi antara semburan gas dan logam cair, sisi semburan tersebut terganggu, sehingga membentuk permukaan yang bergelombang. Ketika gangguan tersebut berkembang hingga tingkat tertentu, permukaan bergelombang tersebut terpecah, dan bahan cair tersedot oleh aksi hisap semburan gas, sehingga membentuk semburan dua fase yang terdiri dari gas dan bahan cair. Saat bahan cair tersedot masuk, di bagian bawah aliran, gas terpisah oleh bahan cair dan membentuk gelembung akibat gaya tegangan permukaan. Gelembung-gelembung tersebut mengapung ke atas dan mendorong bahan cair di sekitarnya ke area semburan, dan pada saat yang sama, gelembung-gelembung terus terbentuk untuk membentuk area aliran yang stabil.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Catatan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perhatikan kemurnian gas inert.
