Penghilangan gas secara online dan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/cff-filtering-system\/\">peralatan penyaringan<\/a> dipasang pada saluran isolasi untuk memurnikan aluminium cair. Saat aluminium cair mengalir melalui sistem tangki, ia menyerap hidrogen dalam tingkat yang bervariasi ketika bersentuhan dengan uap air di udara. Ketika aluminium cair bersentuhan dengan uap air, atom hidrogen diserap oleh permukaan aluminium cair tersebut dan kemudian berdifusi ke dalam cairan tersebut. Yang kedua adalah saluran aliran yang telah disempurnakan, yang dikembangkan berdasarkan saluran aliran terbuka. Kedalaman saluran tetap tidak berubah. Bagian mulut atas saluran dikurangi sebesar 4 cm, dan lebar bagian bawahnya dikurangi sebesar 2 cm. Selain itu, dilakukan isolasi termal pada saluran tersebut. Saluran aliran tertutup mengisolasi logam cair dari kelembapan di udara, secara efektif mencegah pembentukan reaktan aluminium bersuhu tinggi dan kelembapan, mengurangi konsentrasi hidrogen pada antarmuka uap-cairan aluminium cair, serta secara efektif mencegah logam cair menyerap hidrogen. Setelah saluran aliran diperbaiki, waktu tinggal lelehan di dalam saluran aliran menjadi lebih singkat, suhu sistem menurun, konsentrasi hidrogen pada antarmuka gas-cairan aluminium cair berkurang, dan kandungan hidrogen pada titik pengecoran pun berkurang.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam proses produksi sebenarnya, penting untuk mengendalikan polusi sekunder pada aluminium cair mulai dari saluran keluar perangkat degassing hingga titik pengecoran.
