Penyerapan hidrogen merupakan penyebab utama terbentuknya lubang jarum pada hasil cetakan paduan aluminium, serta mengurangi kedap udara dan sifat mekanisnya. Oleh karena itu, berbagai langkah harus diambil untuk mengontrol kadar hidrogen dan gas-gas lainnya secara ketat.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3566\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Aluminum-Melt-Degassing.jpg\" alt=\"Penghilangan Gas dari Logam Aluminium Cair\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Aluminum-Melt-Degassing.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Aluminum-Melt-Degassing-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Langkah-Langkah Penghilangan Gas pada Aluminium Cair<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sebelum dimasukkan ke dalam tungku, karat dan noda minyak pada bahan baku harus dibersihkan secara menyeluruh dan dipanaskan terlebih dahulu hingga mencapai suhu yang ditentukan.<br \/>\nTungku harus dipanaskan terlebih dahulu sebelum bahan baku dimasukkan guna menghilangkan kelembapan di dalam tungku, sehingga kelembapan dan hidrokarbon tidak bersentuhan dengan bahan baku.<br \/>\nSebelum bersentuhan dengan logam cair paduan aluminium, alat besi tersebut harus dipanaskan terlebih dahulu secara menyeluruh untuk menghilangkan kelembapan, dan lapisan cat harus diaplikasikan pada permukaannya.<br \/>\nAtur suhu dan waktu peleburan, cegah agar logam cair paduan aluminium tidak terlalu panas dan menghasilkan gas, serta gunakan bahan pemurnian untuk memurnikan logam cair paduan aluminium tersebut. Bahan pemurnian harus benar-benar kering sebelum digunakan.<br \/>\nHidrogen yang terkandung dalam aluminium cair diendapkan dengan cara mengalirkan gas inert ke dalam wadah pemindahan yang berisi aluminium cair tersebut guna mengurangi kadar hidrogen dalam paduan aluminium cair.<\/p>\n<p>Pengolahan gas mengacu pada pengangkutan aluminium cair dalam wadah pengangkut ke<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/portfolio\/degassing-unit\/\"> unit penghilang gas aluminium<\/a>, serta mengisi aluminium cair dengan gas inert melalui lubang ventilasi pada rotor grafit untuk mengendapkan hidrogen, sehingga mengurangi kandungan hidrogen dalam cairan tersebut.
