Dalam proses produksi, komposisi kimia paduan aluminium serta cacat-cacat seperti penyusutan ingot, pori-pori, inklusi terak, dan sebagainya harus dikendalikan secara ketat, karena kualitas produk olahan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas ingot. Kualitas internal ingot sangat bergantung pada kualitas cairan logam. Oleh karena itu, teknologi pemurnian aluminium sangatlah penting. Berdasarkan peralatan dan kondisi proses yang ada, metode pengendalian kandungan hidrogen dalam lelehan aluminium dibahas, dan kandungan hidrogen dalam lelehan aluminium dikurangi untuk menghasilkan ingot berkualitas tinggi.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3572\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Aluminum-Purification.jpg\" alt=\"Pemurnian Aluminium\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Aluminum-Purification.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Aluminum-Purification-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Teknologi Pemurnian Aluminium<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gas yang terkandung dalam lelehan aluminium sebagian besar berupa hidrogen (fraksi volumenya sekitar 60% hingga 90%), diikuti oleh nitrogen, oksigen, karbon monoksida, dan sebagainya. Teknologi pemurnian aluminium cair yang terutama digunakan untuk menghilangkan hidrogen meliputi metode flotasi gelembung, metode perlakuan vakum, metode perlakuan ultrasonik, metode penghilangan hidrogen dengan unsur tanah jarang, dan lain-lain. Metode flotasi gelembung banyak digunakan karena kesederhanaannya dan efisiensinya yang tinggi. Proses penghilangan hidrogen melalui flotasi gelembung pada aluminium cair: atom hidrogen yang terlarut dalam cairan aluminium berpindah ke sekitar gelembung agen pemurni (argon atau nitrogen, dll.), teradsorpsi di sekitar gelembung, dan membentuk molekul hidrogen di dalam gelembung. Selain bahan baku, sumber hidrogen pada logam cair terutama berasal dari penyerapan hidrogen selama proses peleburan dan pengecoran.
