Teknologi ini menentukan apakah bahan paduan aluminium memiliki kecenderungan mewarisi cacat metalurgi dan memiliki kinerja tinggi, serta sangat memengaruhi penerapan dan pengembangannya di berbagai bidang.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3575\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Aluminum-Melt-Purification-Treatment.jpg\" alt=\"Proses Pemurnian Aluminium Cair\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Aluminum-Melt-Purification-Treatment.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Aluminum-Melt-Purification-Treatment-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Proses pemurnian lelehan paduan aluminium perusahaan ini terutama menggunakan tungku <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/flux-refining\/\">pemurnian fluks<\/a> dan proses penghilangan terak statis. Penghilangan terak statis didasarkan pada perbedaan kepadatan antara oksida non-logam dan cairan paduan itu sendiri. Dalam jangka waktu tertentu, oksida non-logam dipisahkan dari cairan paduan untuk mencapai tujuan pemurnian cairan aluminium. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menentukan waktu tinggal optimal aluminium cair melalui serangkaian eksperimen.<\/p>\n<p>Tungku uji ini adalah tungku statis berbahan paduan aluminium berkapasitas 20 ton. Tujuan dari tungku statis ini adalah untuk menghilangkan terak dan menjaganya tetap diam, serta menyempurnakan komposisi campuran aluminium cair di dalam tungku peleburan dan tungku aluminium bekas, sehingga memurnikan cairan paduan aluminium dan menyediakan cairan paduan aluminium berkualitas tinggi untuk proses pemurnian selanjutnya.<\/p>\n<p>Aluminium cair dari tungku peleburan dan tungku aluminium bekas masuk ke dalam tungku statis melalui saluran pengecoran secara proporsional, dan suhunya dinaikkan. Ketika suhu mencapai 740\u00b0C atau lebih tinggi, 20 kg penghilang terak ditambahkan ke penyemprot bubuk, dan penghilang terak tersebut disemprotkan ke dalam paduan aluminium menggunakan nitrogen. Bagian dalam cairan tersebut menjalani proses pemurnian lelehan, dan terak dihilangkan setelah 15 menit penyemprotan. Seiring dengan bertambahnya waktu tinggal, nilai inklusi terak pada aluminium cair secara bertahap menurun. Ketika waktu tinggal mencapai 15 menit, nilai inklusi terak pada aluminium cair pada dasarnya mencapai nilai terendah, dan ketika waktu tinggal 15 menit atau lebih, nilai inklusi terak pada aluminium cair pada dasarnya stabil dan hampir tidak mengalami perubahan.<\/p>\n<p>Seiring bertambahnya waktu tinggal, tingkat cacat inklusi terak pada paduan tersebut menunjukkan tren penurunan. Setelah proses pembuangan terak pada tungku vertikal selesai, tingkat cacat inklusi terak mencapai nilai tertinggi. Dalam 25 menit pertama, tingkat cacat tersebut turun secara signifikan, kemudian pada dasarnya stabil pada tingkat cacat sebesar 0,05%.<\/p>\n<p>Apabila waktu diam mencapai 15 menit, nilai inklusi terak pada aluminium cair pada dasarnya sudah mencapai nilai yang rendah, dan jika waktu diam melebihi 15 menit, nilai inklusi terak pada aluminium cair pada dasarnya sudah stabil. Apabila waktu diam melebihi 25 menit, tingkat cacat pada dasarnya sudah stabil.
