Salah satu cara efektif untuk mengatasi masalah ini adalah dengan menerapkan pemurnian fisik fluks berdasarkan kondisi termodinamika konfigurasi fluks serta kesesuaian fluks terhadap kondisi kinetika proses pemurnian logam cair aluminium dan paduan aluminium. Keunggulan pemurnian fisik fluks pengecoran logam telah terbukti secara efektif dalam sejumlah besar penelitian dan praktik produksi terkait, dan hal ini telah menjadi kunci untuk meningkatkan tingkat pemurnian logam cair aluminium dan paduan aluminium.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4337\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Metal-Foundry-Flux.jpg\" alt=\"Flux untuk Pengecoran Logam\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Metal-Foundry-Flux.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Metal-Foundry-Flux-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Saat ini, komposisi kimia logam tersebut <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/foundry-flux\/\">fluks pengecoran<\/a> Bahan yang digunakan dalam proses pemurnian logam cair paduan aluminium sebagian besar berupa klorida, fluorida, nitrat, sulfat, karbonat, dan krioit, di mana NaCl, KCl, dan MgCl\u2082 merupakan yang paling umum.<\/p>\n<p>Campuran MgCl\u2082 dan KCl sebagai matriks fluks pengecoran logam juga sering digunakan dalam proses peleburan paduan aluminium yang mengandung magnesium.
