Prinsipnya adalah mengalirkan gas tertentu yang mengandung hidrogen ke dalam cairan aluminium untuk menghasilkan gelembung, dan memanfaatkan gelembung-gelembung tersebut untuk mengeluarkan hidrogen terlarut dari cairan aluminium dan membiarkannya menguap ke atmosfer selama proses flotasi. Untuk mendapatkan hasil pemurnian yang lebih baik, pipa besi yang mengalirkan gas harus ditekan sedalam mungkin ke dalam kolam cairan, dan ujung bawah pipa besi tersebut harus berjarak 100 mm\u2013150 mm dari dasar wadah peleburan, sehingga dapat memperpanjang jarak naik gelembung sekaligus mencegah gelembung tersebut tenggelam ke bagian bawah cairan aluminium dan mengaduk inklusi yang ada di dasar cairan.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4412\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Floatation-Degassing-Method.jpg\" alt=\"Metode Penghilangan Gas dengan Apung\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Floatation-Degassing-Method.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Floatation-Degassing-Method-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Metode Penghilangan Gas dengan Apung<\/h2>\n<p>Saat gas dimasukkan, pipa besi harus digerakkan secara perlahan dan ke samping di dalam aluminium cair agar gelembung-gelembung melewati kolam cairan. Usahakan menggunakan tekanan dan kecepatan ventilasi yang lebih rendah, karena gelembung yang terbentuk dengan cara ini berukuran lebih kecil, sehingga luas permukaannya menjadi lebih besar; dan karena ukurannya kecil, kecepatan apungnya juga lambat, sehingga dapat menghilangkan lebih banyak inklusi dan gas.<\/p>\n<p>Di sisi lain, untuk memastikan bahwa... <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/refining-effect-of-molten-aluminum\/\">efek penyempurnaan<\/a>, pemilihan suhu pemurnian harus tepat. Jika suhunya terlalu tinggi, gelembung yang terbentuk akan lebih besar dan naik dengan cepat, sehingga mengurangi efektivitas pemurnian. Sebaliknya, jika suhu terlalu rendah, viskositas aluminium cair akan meningkat, sehingga tidak mendukung pelepasan gas secara optimal dari dalam aluminium cair, dan hal ini juga mengurangi efektivitas proses pemurnian.<\/p>\n<p>Perlakuan ultrasonik pada aluminium cair juga dapat menghilangkan gas secara efektif. Prinsipnya adalah dengan memasukkan gelombang elastis ke dalam aluminium cair, fenomena \u201ckavitasi\u201d akan terjadi di dalam aluminium cair tersebut, yang menghancurkan kontinuitas struktur aluminium cair dan menghasilkan banyak lubang vakum mikroskopis yang terlarut dalam aluminium cair. Hidrogen dengan cepat masuk ke dalam rongga-rongga ini dan menjadi inti gelembung.
