Suhu modifikasi. Suhu yang lebih tinggi bermanfaat bagi reaksi modifikasi; tingkat pemulihan natrium tinggi, kecepatan modifikasi cepat, dan hasilnya baik. Namun, suhu modifikasi tidak boleh terlalu tinggi, karena suhu yang terlalu tinggi akan secara drastis meningkatkan oksidasi dan penyerapan aluminium cair, serta meningkatkan kandungan kotoran besi dalam aluminium cair, sehingga mengurangi masa pakai wadah peleburan. Secara umum, suhu modifikasi sebaiknya dipilih sedikit lebih tinggi daripada suhu penuangan. Hal ini mencegah suhu modifikasi menjadi terlalu tinggi, dapat mengurangi waktu yang diperlukan untuk menyesuaikan suhu setelah modifikasi, serta bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan hasil modifikasi dan kualitas metalurgi aluminium cair.<\/p>\n<p>2. Waktu modifikasi. Semakin tinggi suhu modifikasi dan semakin baik kontak antara aluminium cair dan agen modifikasi, semakin singkat waktu modifikasi yang diperlukan. Waktu modifikasi harus ditentukan berdasarkan percobaan sesuai dengan kondisi spesifik. Jika waktu modifikasi terlalu singkat, reaksi modifikasi tidak akan berlangsung sepenuhnya; jika waktu modifikasi terlalu lama, hal itu akan meningkatkan kerugian pembakaran agen modifikasi serta meningkatkan penyerapan dan oksidasi paduan.<\/p>\n<p>Waktu modifikasi terdiri dari dua bagian: waktu penutupan dari <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/aluminum-alloy-modifier\/\">zat pengubah<\/a> biasanya 10 hingga 15 menit, sedangkan waktu penekanan biasanya 2 hingga 3 menit.<\/p>\n<p>3. Namun, jumlah bahan modifikasi juga tidak boleh terlalu banyak, karena kelebihan bahan modifikasi akan menyebabkan modifikasi yang berlebihan.
