Kualitas slab vertikal secara langsung memengaruhi struktur internal dan kualitas permukaan slab aluminium. Dalam proses pemasangan slab, seringkali setelah terak mengalir keluar atau slab telah dikeluarkan selama beberapa waktu, posisi nosel pengecoran bahan baku meledak, dan cairan aluminium yang belum mengeras memercik, sehingga menyebabkan kerusakan pada tepi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/casting-nozzle\/\">nozel pengecoran<\/a>, pembentukan terak, terangkatnya lapisan oksida, dan rongga bagian dalam. Tersumbatnya aliran serta percikan aluminium cair ke celah di antara rol nosel menghentikan proses pengecoran dan penggulungan serta meningkatkan biaya produksi.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4507\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Feed-Casting-Nozzle.jpg\" alt=\"Nozel Pengecoran Pakan\" width=\"400\" height=\"320\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Feed-Casting-Nozzle.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Feed-Casting-Nozzle-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Penyebab Ledakan Nozel Pengecoran<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ledakan nosel pengecoran mengacu pada fenomena di mana gas di zona pengecoran-penggulungan atau nosel pengecoran pengumpan keluar secara mendadak dari aluminium cair selama proses pengecoran pelat vertikal. Ada dua bentuk utama ledakan nosel, yaitu ledakan yang mengarah ke celah rol, dan ledakan yang mengarah ke celah nosel-rol.<\/p>\n<p>Ledakan pada nosel pengecoran bahan baku ke arah celah rol terutama terjadi pada saat pelat vertikal dilepaskan. Cairan aluminium bersuhu tinggi mengalir dari pipa pengumpan dan bersentuhan dengan pelat nosel yang memiliki kadar air tinggi serta permukaan rol yang basah. Kelembapan tersebut langsung menguap dan volumenya mengembang membentuk massa uap air, yang kemudian menembus bagian lemah dari bagian depan aluminium cair di rongga mulut cetakan atau di dekat bibir cetakan, lalu keluar secara instan, sehingga menyebabkan ledakan.<\/p>\n<p>Gelembung-gelembung kecil aluminium cair terus menumpuk di area pengecoran dan posisi bibir nozzle, membentuk gelembung-gelembung besar dengan tekanan tertentu. Ada dua cara bagi gelembung-gelembung besar tersebut untuk keluar. Yang pertama adalah dengan menembus tegangan antara aluminium cair dan lapisan oksida di antara rol nozzle. Gelembung tersebut keluar melalui celah di antara rol nozzle dan menyebabkan ledakan.
