Inklusi non-logam ini sangat merugikan bagi kinerja produk aluminium. Oleh karena itu, pemurnian lelehan aluminium merupakan salah satu cara utama untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk aluminium. Metode fluks untuk menghilangkan inklusi dan gas merupakan metode yang umum digunakan dalam pemurnian lelehan aluminium, yang memiliki keunggulan berupa proses yang sederhana dan biaya yang rendah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian dan pengembangan teknologi baru untuk penghilangan gas dan penghilangan pengotor sangat diperlukan.<\/p>\n<p>Kandungan inklusi dalam aluminium murni industri umumnya di atas 0,1%, dan sebagian besar inklusi tersebut berukuran lebih besar dari 10 mikron. Menurut standar internasional untuk penghilangan inklusi, kandungan inklusi dalam aluminium cair adalah 0,02%, dan ukuran inklusi kurang dari 7 mikron. Saat ini, fluks yang umum digunakan adalah garam fluor dan garam klorin, dll. Garam-garam ini dikeringkan, digiling dengan ball mill, dan dicampur, kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam lelehan aluminium. Reaksi kimia ini menyebabkan inklusi yang telah berpindah ke dalam fluks tidak akan kembali ke aluminium cair.<\/p>\n<p>Metode tersebut secara spesifik adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Aluminium cair disaring dengan metode pengadukan fluks, dan aluminium cair tersebut didispersikan oleh fluks menjadi tetesan-tetesan aluminium halus, sehingga inklusi non-logam dalam aluminium cair dapat tersebar di permukaan tetesan-tetesan aluminium tersebut. (2) Tetesan aluminium mendistribusikan ulang inklusi dalam fluks yang berputar, dan inklusi dalam cairan aluminium memiliki kesempatan untuk tersebar di permukaan tetesan aluminium yang bersentuhan dengan fluks.
