Therefore, the flow of metal through the tip of the continuous caster is improved, thereby providing higher quality cast strip metal products.<\/p>\n<p>The top and bottom of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/portfolio\/caster-tip\/\">ujung roda<\/a> are made of castable refractory materials, which include fused silica, ceramic fibers, micro silica, and bonding materials including colloidal silica. The castable refractory material is strong, and has good resistance to corrosion by liquid aluminum and aluminum alloy, good thermal shock resistance, low thermal conductivity, and good dimensional stability. It is castable, thus simplifying the production of refractory products of various shapes. It can also be machined to make the tolerance of the product reach a very high level. The ceramic fiber contained in the material plays an important role in dispersing the thermal and mechanical stress in the cast product, thereby improving the strength and thermal shock resistance of the product.<\/p>\n<p>AdTech nozzle tip is used for the crystal forming and size control of aluminum sheet, strip, and foil blanks in the casting and rolling production line. It is formed by vacuum suction and filtration of nano-fiber composite materials and processed by high-precision equipment.
