Kemampuan bahan pemurnian dalam menghilangkan pengotor ditentukan oleh proses adsorpsi dan pelarutan bahan pemurnian pada inklusi oksida dalam cairan tersebut serta efek kimia antara <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/refining-flux\/\">fluks pemurnian<\/a> dan kotoran-kotoran dalam cairan logam.<\/p>\n<p>Semakin kecil tegangan antarmuka antara agen pemurnian dan inklusi, semakin baik adsorpsi agen pemurnian tersebut dan semakin kuat pula penghilangan pengotornya. Beberapa pengotor logam dalam lelehan aluminium sulit dihilangkan selama proses peleburan. Pengotor-pengotor ini hanya dapat dibatasi secara ketat pada bahan baku, seperti silikon, besi, dan pengotor lainnya, sedangkan pengotor logam lainnya, seperti kalsium, seng, dan logam lainnya, semuanya akan berdampak buruk pada kinerja paduan aluminium. Pengotor berbahaya ini harus dihilangkan sebelum peleburan atau pengecoran. Diperlukan penggunaan beberapa bahan pengolah yang berbeda untuk mencapai tujuan yang beragam. Selain itu, seringkali efeknya tidak signifikan, atau justru merugikan kebersihan cairan logam atau lingkungan, serta menimbulkan berbagai masalah dengan tingkat keparahan yang bervariasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian dan pengembangan agen pemurnian baru yang mengintegrasikan berbagai fungsi akan menjadi salah satu arah pengembangan di masa depan.<\/p>\n<p>AdTech memasok fluks pemurnian, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/portfolio\/slagging-flux\/\">fluks pengelupasan<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/portfolio\/furnace-cleaning-agent\/\">bahan pembersih tungku<\/a>, dan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/portfolio\/covering-flux\/\">aliran penutup<\/a>, dan fungsinya berbeda-beda.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Saat suhu paduan aluminium mencapai sekitar 660\u2013720 derajat, tambahkan bahan pemurnian.
