Untuk paduan aluminium dengan kandungan magnesium rendah, bahan pemurnian klorida berbasis natrium-kalium banyak digunakan, sedangkan paduan aluminium dengan kandungan magnesium tinggi menggunakan bahan pemurnian berbasis karnalit tanpa natrium untuk menghindari kerapuhan akibat natrium.<\/p>\n<p>Kandungan beberapa komponen fluks dapat sangat bervariasi dan dapat ditentukan sesuai dengan kondisi aktual. Pertama-tama, hal ini harus ditentukan berdasarkan kandungan unsur paduan, karena kandungan unsur utama dalam sebagian besar paduan aluminium dapat diubah dalam rentang tertentu; dan kedua, hal ini harus ditentukan berdasarkan komposisi dan kandungan pengotor yang dihilangkan. Oleh karena itu, selain menggunakan fluks yang diproduksi oleh pabrik fluks, lebih baik menyesuaikan perbandingan komposisi fluks sesuai dengan komposisi paduan aluminium cair untuk menemukan komposisi fluks yang lebih baik.<\/p>\n<p>Saat melakukan peleburan sisa paduan aluminium, kualitas sisa tersebut bervariasi, dan jumlah bahan penutup serta bahan pemurniannya pun berbeda-beda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Metode-metode berikut ini umumnya digunakan dalam proses produksi peleburan paduan aluminium melalui pemurnian dengan bahan pelebur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Logam cair tersebut dimurnikan di dalam wadah tuang. Pertama, masukkan satu bungkus <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/refining-flux\/\">fluks pemurnian<\/a> di dalam wadah tuang, lalu tuangkan logam cair tersebut, dan aduk hingga merata untuk memperluas luas permukaan kontak di antara keduanya.<\/li>\n<li>Lelehan tersebut dimurnikan dalam tungku induksi. Bahan pelebur dimasukkan ke dalam tungku induksi, dan bahan pelebur serta lelehan tersebut tercampur secara merata berkat efek pengadukan medan magnet induksi untuk mencapai tujuan pemurnian.<\/li>\n<li>Proses pemurnian dilakukan dengan menggunakan mixer di dalam wadah tuang atau di dalam tungku, sehingga bahan pelebur tersebar secara mekanis di dalam cairan logam.<\/li>\n<li>Lelehan tersebut dimurnikan dalam alat pengaduk bermedan magnet. Metode ini memanfaatkan gaya elektromagnetik untuk secara terus-menerus mengalirkan lelehan ke antarmuka fluks-logam guna mencapai kontak aktif antara lelehan aluminium dan fluks. Semakin tinggi kecepatan putaran lelehan, semakin baik pula hasil pemurniannya.<\/li>\n<li>Pemurnian dengan fluks listrik. Metode ini memungkinkan logam cair melewati lapisan fluks yang dilalui medan listrik (pada antarmuka logam-fluks) untuk proses pemurnian secara
