Selama proses peleburan dan pemurnian paduan aluminium-magnesium, jika bahan pemurnian yang mengandung natrium\/kalsium digunakan, unsur-unsur tersebut akan tercampur ke dalam aluminium dan paduannya. Masuknya natrium\/kalsium ke dalam ingot paduan aluminium-magnesium yang mengandung unsur Na\/Ca berlebih akan menyebabkan retakan dan kerapuhan pada ingot selama proses penggulungan panas, yang mengakibatkan fenomena \u201ckerapuhan natrium\u201d, yang sangat memengaruhi kinerja paduan aluminium berkekuatan tinggi. Bahan ini memiliki keunggulan karena menggabungkan pemurnian dengan gas dan pemurnian dengan fluks menjadi satu proses, serta memberikan efek penghilangan gas yang lebih baik.<\/li>\n<li>Produk ini tidak mengandung natrium, sehingga dapat mencegah atau mengurangi munculnya bintik-bintik putih dan \u201ckeretakan akibat natrium\u201d pada permukaan aluminium dan paduan aluminium, serta meningkatkan kualitas produk.<\/li>\n<li>Jumlah penambahan bahan tersebut sedikit, prosesnya sederhana dan praktis, beban kerja para pekerja berkurang, tingkat pemanfaatan fluksnya tinggi, serta proses penghilangan gas dan pengangkatan terak dari cairan logam dapat dilakukan secara efektif.<\/li>\n<li>Penggunaan bahan pemurnian juga dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan efektivitas modifikasi yang dihasilkan oleh bahan modifikasi fosfor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cara Menggunakan Fluks Pemurnian Bebas Natrium<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sifat-sifat: bubuk putih atau butiran.<\/p>\n<p>Paduan yang dapat digunakan: digunakan untuk peleburan paduan aluminium cor berkekuatan tinggi serta berbagai paduan aluminium yang umum digunakan.<\/p>\n<p>Suhu pengoperasian: 700\uff5e780\u2103.<\/p>\n<p>Cara penggunaan dan takaran: Masukkan sejumlah bahan pemurnian bebas natrium ke dalam tangki penyimpanan penyemprot bubuk dalam kisaran suhu pemurnian, lalu tutup tangki tersebut; pertama-tama alirkan nitrogen (tekanan 1,2\u20131,8 kg\/cm\u00b2), kemudian nyalakan sakelar yang terletak di bawah tangki pemurnian. Gerakkan pipa besi maju mundur sebanyak 2 hingga 3 kali. Jangan menyentuh dinding tungku untuk mencegah penyumbatan pipa. Selama waktu pemurnian (6\u201320 ton membutuhkan waktu 10\u201315 menit), semprotkan bahan pemurnian, lalu tarik pipa besi dari aluminium cair dan matikan aliran nitrogen.<\/p>\n<p>Dosis yang disarankan: 0,1\u20130,51 TP3T dari lelehan; jumlah pasti yang diperlukan bergantung pada jumlah inklusi, dan jumlah tersebut dapat ditambah atau dikurangi sesuai kebutuhan.
