{"id":5262,"date":"2021-01-19T08:40:11","date_gmt":"2021-01-19T08:40:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/?p=5262"},"modified":"2021-01-19T08:40:11","modified_gmt":"2021-01-19T08:40:11","slug":"flux-for-molten-aluminum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/flux-for-molten-aluminum\/","title":{"rendered":"Flux untuk Aluminium Cair"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Untuk menghilangkan unsur-unsur logam alkali (yaitu Na, Ca, K, Li), penggunaan gas fluks reaktif yang mengandung klorin merupakan metode yang diakui dalam pengolahan aluminium cair. Pada kondisi kesetimbangan, klorida dari masing-masing unsur tersebut dihasilkan sebagai produk reaksi. Kecuali LiCl, semua garam halida ini merupakan senyawa murni dan berbentuk padat pada suhu pengolahan normal, sehingga mudah dipisahkan ke permukaan logam cair dan dihilangkan melalui proses skimming.<\/p>\n<p>Unsur-unsur logam alkali biasanya terdapat dalam konsentrasi lelehan di bawah 500 ppm. Berdasarkan hukum aksi massa (laju reaksi kira-kira sebanding dengan konsentrasi reaktan), terbentuklah garam-garam metastabil non-kesetimbangan seperti AlCl\u2083 dan MgCl\u2082 (jika Mg ada). Halida-halida ini tidak diinginkan karena sangat memengaruhi emisi ke udara dalam proses tersebut. Selain itu, MgCl\u2082 meleleh pada suhu 1306\u00b0F, dan biasanya meleleh pada suhu pemrosesan lelehan normal. Garam cair sangat tidak diinginkan karena sulit untuk menghilangkan permukaannya melalui proses skimming.
