Nitrogen dikeluarkan melalui nosel grafit pada degasser rotari dan mengapung di dalam aluminium cair. Selain itu, proses degassing dengan nitrogen yang dilakukan oleh unit degassing aluminium juga dianggap sebagai metode yang sangat efektif untuk mengapungkan kotoran.<\/p>\n<p>Telah diajukan dua model teoretis utama untuk menjelaskan prinsip degassing. Model makro berpendapat bahwa proses penghilangan setiap pengotor pada dasarnya serupa. Model mikroskopis, yaitu menurut teori tersebut, hidrogen terlarut berdifusi ke dalam gas yang disuntikkan ke dalam aluminium cair karena tekanan uap hidrogen yang lebih tinggi.<\/p>\n<p>Secara teori, inklusi berdiameter 10 mikron bersentuhan dengan gelembung-gelembung tersebut, teradsorpsi pada gelembung-gelembung itu, dan mengapung ke permukaan cairan.<\/p>\n<p>Tekanan parsial hidrogen dalam gelembung nitrogen yang baru saja dikeluarkan dari nosel grafit adalah nol. Ketika suhu pemanas mendekati suhu aluminium cair, gas inert dimasukkan ke dalam rotor dan aluminium cair tersebut dikeluarkan ke dalam kotak.<\/li>\n<li>Periksa segel di antara saluran masuk\/keluar dan wastafel.<\/li>\n<li>Periksa kerucut yang terletak di saluran pembuangan pelindung termal bagian bawah.<\/li>\n<li>Periksa suhu aluminium cair (minimal 720\u00b0C). Jaga agar selisih ketinggian antara aluminium cair dan dasar tangki pencucian tetap 3 cm untuk memantau ketinggian aluminium cair yang masuk ke dalam kotak.<\/li>\n<li>Operator harus mengenakan pakaian pelindung saat menutup tutupnya. Ketika aluminium cair mengalir ke dalam kotak, terak yang ada di permukaan dapat disaring melalui lubang pembuangan terak.<\/li>\n<li>Proses produksi dimulai saat suhu mencapai 780\u00b0C. Tutup saluran keluar terak untuk menghemat panas.<\/li>\n<li>Aluminium cair dapat disimpan dalam kotak pada suhu yang telah ditentukan selama masa penahanan, tanpa perlu memindahkan aluminium cair tersebut.<\/li>\n<li>Gas inert dialirkan ke dalam rotor untuk mencegah lelehan aluminium menyumbat saluran keluar udara.<\/li>\n<li>Setelah aluminium cair telah sepenuhnya mengalir ke dalam tangki, segera nyalakan pemanas dan atur parameter pemeliharaan panas.<\/li>\n<li>Nyalakan sistem pemanas, atur suhu aluminium cair, pantau aliran gas, dan ubah kecepatan rotor dari tahap penahanan ke tahap pemrosesan.
