Aluminium cair tersebut mendingin saat bersentuhan dengan rol-rol tersebut dan terus mendingin saat melewati celah di antara rol-rol tersebut, sehingga membentuk strip logam cor yang lebar dengan ketebalan seragam. Selama logam cair terus disuplai ke mesin pengecoran, proses pengecoran dapat berlangsung secara terus-menerus.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5357\" src=\"https:\/\/aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Feeder-Caster-Tip.jpg\" alt=\"Tips Penggunaan Feeder Caster\" width=\"400\" height=\"320\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Feeder-Caster-Tip.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Feeder-Caster-Tip-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ujung Feeder Caster biasanya terbuat dari bahan keramik berdensitas rendah yang mampu menahan abrasi dan guncangan termal akibat kontak dengan aluminium cair, seperti papan serat keramik yang dibentuk sesuai kebutuhan.<\/p>\n<p>Karena kepadatan bahan-bahan ini yang rendah, konduktivitas termalnya pun sangat rendah (biasanya kurang dari 0,18 W\/mK) dan dapat memberikan tingkat isolasi termal tertentu bagi aluminium cair di dalam <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aluminiumceramicfiber.com\/id\/portfolio\/caster-tip\/\">Tips untuk Roda<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, setelah digunakan dalam proses produksi selama beberapa waktu, komponen-komponen tersebut dapat mengalami korosi kimia dan keausan. Hal ini akan menyebabkan terbentuknya berbagai kotoran dalam struktur ujung dan pada akhirnya mengakibatkan terhentinya gerakan pengecoran lebih awal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prinsip-prinsip umum dalam penentuan zona pengecoran dan penggulungan<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ketebalan lembaran yang dicetak dan digulung ditingkatkan, sedangkan luas area yang dicetak dan digulung dikurangi.<\/li>\n<li>Diameter rol pengecoran bertambah, dan luas area pengecoran pun bertambah.<\/li>\n<li>Ketebalan bibir nosel pengecoran bertambah dan luas area penggulungan pengecoran pun bertambah.<\/li>\n<li>Gaya penggulungan peralatan tersebut cukup besar, dan luas area pengecoran serta penggulungan pun diperluas.<\/li>\n<li>Zona penggulungan cor untuk aluminium murni dan paduan lunak sedikit lebih panjang, sedangkan zona penggulungan cor untuk paduan keras sedikit lebih pendek.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kecepatan penggulungan cor mengacu pada kecepatan lembaran yang digulung melalui proses penggulungan cor. Dibandingkan dengan kecepatan linier rol pengecoran, kecepatan penggulungan cor memiliki selisih pergeseran ke depan dalam jumlah tertentu. Semakin berbeda diameternya, semakin berbeda pula selisih pergeseran ke depannya. Selisih pergeseran ke depan ini biasanya berkisar antara 6\u201310%.<\/p>\n<p>Kecepatan pengecoran ditentukan oleh rongga cair. Ketika kecepatan penggulungan pengecoran meningkat hingga mencapai nilai kritis tertentu, garis depan kristalisasi bergerak menuju bidang keluar rol pengecoran. Akibat keterlambatan pendinginan, rongga cair akan semakin dalam hingga logam terlambat mengeras dan logam cair mengalir keluar dari rol.
